Make sure to ask for Candy, she is a very helpful young lady and pull out many time pieces so that I can have choices. I placed an online order with Kays to have it picked up in the store. Kays had some issue sending in my order to the store and basically made it a bit complicated to have the gift ready by our anniversary date. Kays ended up canceling the order. I went to the store to see if I can just buy something in person instead of dealing with Kays shipping it to the store. I got lucky enough to have Derriale help me. She ended up going the extra mile calling Kays and the bank to make sure they release the funds from my canceled order so I can purchase something there. Any other jewelry store would've just had me call customer service myself and say there's nothing they can do. For the inconvenience of my ordered being canceled, she also recommended me a gift that was far better than the one I originally ordered. Even though we all knew it was not their fault that Kays canceled my order, she made sure I was well taken care of and that means a lot. I was mostly dealing with Derriale but the whole staff seems great also. They were all very welcoming and represented their company very well. You're in good hands with anyone you speak to. My fiance purchased my custom wedding band here. The staff was friendly and considerate of our budget and agreed to waive the taxes (confirmed via text message!). He paid for it but when he got home he noticed he was still charged the taxes. He contacted the store representative to be refunded for the taxes and she is still "looking into it." I brought it back and the staff was super rude, had to call a manager, and made me feel like a bad guy telling me the don't return broken merchandise and they would do it this one time as a courtesy. When it was the date to arrive since they told me specific dat it didn't come because UPS man delivered it to the wrong place. So they said they had to order new one, waited two more weeks. Not sure why the negative reviews, I've always had a pleasant experience every time I've went there. Everybody is so nice and friendly and go out of there way to help find exactly what I needed and extremely helpful whether or not I had an issue with anything. Great place and great staff!!! I ordered a ring about two weeks ago. I received a call that It was ready. On Saturday when I went to pick it up the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was not greeted at any given moment. I had to go ask someone to help me. I let the employee know that I wanted to pick up my ring. He just stared at me for about two minutes & then said give me your ID then. I was not even greeted by him nor did he ask to see my ID to give me my ring. I handed my ring I was already irritated by then & then he said I need to bring a parent with me and proof of my purchase. To where I responded that if he knew how to read because he obviously had my ID in HIS hand which clearly states I am 23 years old !! Horrible place to go! My husband and I randomly found ourselves in this store "shopping around" before going to make a purchase at Daniels Jewelers across the way. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rick who was very helpful and informative even before we decided to purchase our wedding bands from here. There is a very nice selection of jewelry and in comparison to Daniels the prices and customer service was so much better. He even offered to clean my engagement ring which had just been "cleaned" at Daniels and it came back looking brand new! :D Thank you Rick ! This Kay store looks smaller but they had exactly what I was looking for in their selection and they even matched the online sale price plus found a way to save me a little extra money on top of that, which is appreciative when making a large purchase. My sales person, Ric Rocker, was amazing. He answered all my questions, thoroughly explained all their warranties, plans, financing, cleanings, etc. I couldn't be happier because I had such an amazing salesperson to assist me.
