The buyer did not even mention to me that it was there. The buyer took a picture of the piece with the sellable gold, but hide the diamond by having it on the bottom. I am sorry but it has being bothering me. I do not think I am wrong . Just have to be careful.

Established by Michel Medawar then the 3rd generation was put into the hands of Robert Medawar. I ventured in on this occasion- the morning of 05/28/25 to replace a battery in a watch along with cleaning 2 rings. They were a bit busy when I went in- but always reminding me- they'll get to me ASAP. Quite a few patrons were either cleaning/purchasing items of jewelry. I was able to get my rings cleaned while waiting- I just had to leave my watch (since it needs to be opened/sealed accordingly)- which I was well aware of and didn't mind- gave me a chance to get lunch. By the way I received a call from Sheryl that my watch was ready- I was finished with lunch and on the way there since I figured it might be done- Robert said he'd get right on it. This fits accordingly to how they treat any/all customers- when integrity is earned life long relationships are made. And I won't get into Robert's countless accolades for his volunteerism in the local communities. So Yes- in my opinion this fine jewelry store- wholeheartedly deserves this "5 Star Rating". But what really sets them apart is their expertise in repairs and custom work. Robert helped me redesign a very sentimental ring, originally set in the 40s or 50s. He sent me a design for approval first and the craftsmanship was flawless. He was even able to make earrings out of the baguettes we did not reuse on the ring. They also offer certification services (sending precious gems out for official grading and documentation) and laser inscription, where they etch a unique number onto a stone for security and identification. The other jewelry store next to Marshalls right by this place quoted $120 (but 30-45 min turnaround time) so this was a great deal in comparison. I was happy with the price and the promised turnaround time. It feels so nice to fit my ring again! The bad: They said my ring would be ready on Friday and that they would call me, but I never received a call. I tried to call them, but they didn't have a phone number on Google. I use the phone number from their website, but the voicemail box was full. I waited until Tuesday and still never received a call back. I tried calling again but again no one picked up and the voicemail box was still full. When I came to pick it up the sign said open but there was no one there at 11 when they supposedly open. The interesting: They're very responsive on Instagram despite not being responsive by phone. The ring expansion was slightly asymmetrical but I'm assuming that's as good as it gets since I've had a ring resized in the past and it was similar.
