It's right next to Glossy Nails on Blackstone and Herndon. The lady who helped assist was very nice and I believe the guy who came out to say hello to us while we waited was also the owner. My dad had two watches one needed a battery replacement and the other needed the links to be removed so it fit perfectly onto his wrist. Total came out to $40 and I think that's a really nice price. So, when it was time to have my wedding band sized, I figured I'd just come back here. The only problem was this time I was helped by a different associate. This one was one of those girls- very pretty, fancy nails, makeup on-point, but looked so bothered that she had to help me. First, she tried to charge me $35- when it was the exact same size difference as my engagement ring, even thinner actually. Then, she didn't bother asking how to spell my name and got that all messed up. Although inconvenient, the only real problem was that she input the wrong size, so when it came back it hadn't been sized at all and was still too big. Fortunately, when I went to pick it up today, there were other employees working. They apologized and gave me a discount, so that's why there are 4 stars.
