There needs to be more than 5 stars for this place. Hands down......the nicest, most friendly and accommodating people i have ever met!!!! Raul is an absolute gentleman. Plain and simple. I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness he showed me, and the determination he had to resolve an issue i had, that wasn't caused by him, or his establishment. Most people could care less what some otherplace did. Not this place...... Raul went way above and beyond for me with my most recent purchase. And has made some tense moments just.....disappear. Racheal made my purchase a breeze!!!! She has been there for me every single step of the way. From selecting the ring. To sizing. Worst place ever. When I 1st got My ring I was super excited but two weeks later when it turned my finger a different color and the white gold was no longer white it was yellow. I took it In they had to send it in to get Rhodium plated only after two weeks I take very good care of my jewelry it was my wedding ring it supposed to simple love not anger. Once I got it back it's out in a box for over seven months in a baggie safely secured away. But I took it out of the box I work for again two weeks turn my finger different color in the rhodium plating came off. Took it into the store showed him that it change my finger once I got it back it's out in a box for over seven months in a baggie safely secured away. Told him that the diamonds were loose on it and you could feel the prongs were coming off before even inspecting the rain he told me there was no way which clearly I could see I could feel it it kept catching my hair. I was told that they had to send it in again to get rhodium plated but I could do an exchange for a different ring upset at the situation I told him I did not want that I wanted a refund. I gave them one last shot had him send it in and fix prongs I picked up the ring in the prongs were not fixed and the diamond still is not setting where it should. They had rhodium plated it what you could tail and yet again two weeks later after getting it my finger is changing to black and it is no longer white gold it's yellow. I've been talking to customer service and they have yet even offered any kind of solution to this they could care less all they care about is not getting refunds. There's no way in hell this ring that I have on is worth the amount of money that they said it was . Not only did I not get an exact description of my ring what carat weight it was that it was white gold I never received the warranty paperwork either even after requesting that information multiple times. I also paid cash for the warranty instead of putting it on my card because they said that way they could give me the better deal at the beginning which I agree to thinking that the ring was worth $7000 that they said it was. The Better Business Bureau says that they are an incredible company along with many other sites save yourself the time and money and stay away from their horrible company. No company should get away with the stuff that they're getting away with . Just read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau which it does say that they have an A+ but if you read the guidelines on how the business received that grading you'll understand. Nowhere in there within all the complaints will they ever take responsibility for their actions and the poor quality of jewelry they are selling. If Kevin's jewelry should back up their product for the issues that I've been having with my ring if all their products were like this then they wouldn't have to worry so much about one being possibly default. But because they know they are selling such poor quality of jewelry and other customers complain all the time about it they're not willing to give a refund and say the bottom of the receipt states no refunds any other place would issue a refund ifi was having the issues at any other place. Soley because they back up their product and know that the product shouldn't be doing with my ring is doing but Kevins jewelers product is not a good quality nor is it what they say nor are they willing to take accountability for the business his actions and the lack of respect for customers. Please please please save yourself the time spent a little extra money and go somewhere that actually cares and you actually know your ring is going to last and it doesn't look like it's from the $.25. Also while I was talking to customer service trying to get the refund in my ring taken care of and put in their notes on what was going on with my ring and you know and can tell that she didn't even read what I wrote. I love the staff of this location so much! They are always so helpful and professional. My engagement ring is beyond beautiful. I had a minor issue that was fixed immediately. Their jeweler that does repairs does an amazing job as well. Rachel was the first person there to help us find our ring and was very friendly and professional from the get go. She was very informative and the manger, Raul Garcia has been a absolute pleasure to work with. I feel very comfortable with referring others to buy from this establishment. I visited this store while Christmas shopping. I ended up buying a watch for my husband. The staff was friendly. I had to wait a bit for someone to help me, but not so long that I wanted to leave. After getting home, I realized that my husband had a similar watch, so I looked at the receipt to review the return policy. The receipt said no returns or exchanges for watches. I was surprised by this because it was not mentioned at purchase. At all. I called and I assume that I spoke with the manager who informed me that they would allow exchanges up to 2 days after Christmas. I was relieved, but also annoyed that the sales person did not mention the return policy. I went in to exchange before Christmas. Again, I waited a bit to be helped. I was helped by a different salesperson who was also friendly and completed my exchange. After Christmas, we came in to have links removed from the watch. We waited a bit to be helped. The salesperson was friendly. The watch was brought back after a short while. We inquired about having links removed from another watch. We were told there would be a fee. We asked how much and 2 sales people answered with 2 different prices at the same time ($10 and $15). We decided to hold off to inquire at Valliani Jewelers which is right across from Kevin, since we were going to have links removed from a watch that was a gift for me. I bought a ring 7 weeks ago. The sales person said it would take 6 weeks until they receive the ring. After the 6th week I give them a call and the ring isn't there.... they said they would have to check into it and give me a call back. The following business day I didn't receive a phone call back so I call them, sales person said the manager will give me a call back. Didn't receive a call back the next day so I give them a call again. Sales person said oh the manager isn't in today I'll have him give you a call tomorrow....I had already given them a few days to get their story together. So I asked the sales person why can't you just tell me what's going on? She then tells me this ring is discontinued but we have a comparable one that cost more if you want to pay the difference we can order you that one. Not one time I was ever rude to them, but I was thinking, really you're going to ask me to buy something else from you...I would never do business with this jeweler ever again!
