They sent me 3 factory defected packs of coils where the thread was too small. After trying to get…read morein contact with them for a week they told me to send old ones back and they would replace factory sealed coils. I tested 3 coils vs my old one that screwed in fine. Should have gotten 12 coils replaced, but really all of them should have been replaced as they sent me a defected product. They said they will send me 1 pack (5 coils) back as the other 2 packs had opened coils. I payed shipping to return the bad ones, they took the bad ones I had and said they will send me only one. Shipping cost me more then 1 pack of coils. They ask you to inspect the product and then tell you they cant exchange them because the product is open. Shop else where people.

My laptop was running extremely slow and finally crashed. Don did everything he could to get it…read morerunning again. In the end, he had to wipe it clean and reinstall all systems. He also replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive that's less susceptible to damage from movement. It's like a whole new machine. I'm thrilled with Don's work. Since I was so happy with my computer, my husband decided to get a new laptop for himself. Don got him a new computer with his "Better Than New" service. The "Better Than New" service is where Don completely sets up the new computer for you. He takes care of all the startup stuff you usually have to do yourself. He gets everything registered and installs any and all software and subscriptions you have or need. Finally, he walks you through your new purchase, showing you how everything works. It's great and makes getting a new machine effortless.

The person who answered, told me he had low blood sugar and was busy, and that I should call back another time. I asked if it would be easier for him to reply to my initial email, and was told that he throws his emails away (apparently without responding). He then hung up on me. All I can say is that they have discovered a business model where they do not need new customers, and have no need (or concept of) customer service. I would like to believe that this was a 'one-off' experience, however it is the ONLY experience I've had, therefore has created a very negative image of these people.
