My husband gave me his dads old gold and diamond ring to get me started. After visiting two other jewelry stores I soon became overwhelmed and discouraged, it appeared the old ring didn't have enough value for them to deal with. So in chatting with my neighbor, she highly recommended Trinity Diamonds. Needless to say JoAnne and her team immediatley welcomed "the old ring" , listened to my ideas, and put together the most beautiful ring, brings tears to my eyes. As a bonus the "old gold ring" provided lots of cash value to my new project. JoAnne's experience and vision was light years ahead of anything I had encountered. In addition I had a beloved old sterling dolphin ring with a mossanite which looked dated and tired. So she took out the old stone and replaced it with a georgous 2 carat Blue Topaz birthstone. I had my grandmothers 100 year old engagement/wedding bands restored. I went to Trinity Diamonds because I got a referral from my boss. I had an arthritis attachment removed from my grandmother's ring in 2022 there. The new solid band was gold PLATE and gold surface has worn off! I paid for GOLD. I am so disappointed that they robbed me like this! I paid a lot of money to get my grandmother's ring repaired to only have to have it repaired again. It is no wonder they are going out of business. read more

Trinity Diamonds stretched my husband's gold wedding band. A few weeks later it broke into two pieces. We went back to the store and they said they would fix it by melting down the gold in the ring and shaping a new band. A few weeks later, the ring again broke into pieces. We went back again, and the owner stated they never should have stretched it in the first place and that they had not melted it down, but only repaired it again. She assured us she would " make it, right" and that she would allow us $300 toward a new ring. Then she said a few minutes later that she would only allow us $200 credit and complained how much this was costing her like it was, our fault. We ended up spending hundreds of dollars to replace the ring that they admit they never should have stretched. Not going back! read more

Wow! Even before meeting Heather she was incredibly helpful. She sent me pictures and model numbers of rings in styles I was interested in. When I finally came to the store we were handed water bottles and had the undivided attention of three people. This was a very positive experience in stark contrast to Jared, where the salesman gave up on helping me within 7 minutes. Heather took the time to explain the pros and cons of each setting and metal type. She even recommended some band pairings. I also really appreciate that she was conscious of my budget as she cut me some deals, especially since they still had discounts on from the gem show. After visiting all the other stores in town I can say Trinity is the best. This little store stands above the rest in a town full of jewelers. It is tucked away in a corner of a strip mall, no flashy signs or advertising. Awesome word of mouth is all they need. I went there with my now husband a year ago looking for our wedding bands. They were super friendly and never once pushed us towards the most expensive bands. We then spent the next year going to other stores, all over Etsy and online and ended back where we started. I am a part time resident of Tucson. Sometimes I need services that can't wait until I'm back in New England. This winter I needed some jewelry repair. I did a search of places that offered in-house gold and diamond repair. I came upon Trinity Diamonds. I started with online chat communication that went to sending photos of my ring and then a phone call. Their reviews were all five star. Both the owner Joanne and her gold and diamond specialist have excellent credentials and have worked together many years. This impressed me so I went to take my ring to them.
