I was definitely excited to see this gym come into town because it is significantly less expensive…read morethan the one I was paying for. However, this gym is so crowded at all times of the day that there's often a wait for machines. The gym is just too small for the amount of members. I'm not sure if they oversold memberships or if people bring friends because they are constantly advertising you can bring a friend along with you, but forget trying to come early in the morning or on a weekend before 1pm. The equipment is great and their recovery area is nice and they do have an infrared sauna. Everything is just too small. The infrared sauna can only fit about seven people comfortably and trust me when I say you will always be in there with no less than six people. The music is so loud in this gym that even if you are taking a class in either the hot studio or the regular studio, you will still hear the music pumping even though they tell you they turn the music down during the classes. Nothing is soundproof. I have not used the tanning yet, but I plan to use that as we get closer to spring. The lockers do have combination locks already built into them, which is a plus because the John's Creek location does not have that. I could drive an extra 15 minutes to the John's Creek location because it is larger. There is more equipment and it doesn't seem to be as crowded however that's inconvenient considering I only live five minutes from this gym. There is no cycle studio in this in Duluth, which is disappointing. I was told it was because spin is not a popular workout yet the John's Creek location always has full classes. There are retail spaces next to the gym that I wish they would expand into just to give people a little bit more space. I know I should not be so critical because of the price, but I have had to come VERY early and late at night just to work out comfortably.

They false advertised the fk out of their sales and fees after fees just to cancel membership. 5. Bunch of young bucks trying to run this place. Terrible. Stay away from this crunch

Love my OTF Duluth!…read more Funny - I was originally just going to do the one-week free trial available when they first opened, but after a couple classes I was hooked enough to sign up for the limited plan. I just had the intention of doing it temporarily to jump-start my running game. Now I've let go of my running goals and find myself having upgraded to the unlimited plan because I love it and it's been more effective. I had a hard time balancing my workouts when I was running. I knew I needed to cross train, but cross training ate into my cardio time. OTF gives you a balance of both, as you hit treadmills, rowers, and the weight floor in each class. It's a fabulous workout that leaves you feeling accomplished every time. More than that, though, it's the community that's kept me coming back for more. You're greeted by name when you walk in the door, you see the same friendly faces (both staff and fellow members) from class to class, and everyone motivates each other to be their best. Love it!

Started going here this week and I love it! The coaches are very enthusiastic and spend time making…read moresure your form is correct in the weight floor. I used to have a gym membership elsewhere but taking classes here is more motivating especially since you are with a group. The gym overall is pretty clean and the require you to wipe down the equipment after you use them at each station. They also try to do a good job spacing everyone out. Definitely recommend giving them a try especially since they offer one or two free classes for new members.
