Not only do they always pick up the phone or write you back immediately but when you need help after a claim is filed they go the extra mile! I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour! I honestly don't know how people do it without help from a team like this. I moved to Colorado and found out my home insurance was double what I paid on my home in Northern California which mind you was worth 4x the cost of my new build home and had a swimming pool. I honestly figured moving to Colorado with the housing prices my home insurance would be cheap!! WRONG! I ended up paying for the year and sad it was so much, then I got the renewal paperwork and my insurance jumped by $800 extra a year making it almost $3k a year crazy right? I could take no more so I decided to give David a call. What do I have to loose? I can either go with his recommendation or not? I gave him all my info and he got back to me really quick with home and auto rates. He also informed me my current coverage I was paying a lot for was honestly no good!!! I'm not a insurance agent so I would y exactly know. He gave me options and ended up saving me well over $2000!! After calling him and seeing how smoothly this all went and how now I have better coverage and pay wayyyyy less-I highly encourage you to call him. In summer 2019 I purchased a home and totaled my car all in the same month. Jason was INCREDIBLE to work with through the wild couple of months it was dealing with setting up homeowners insurance, getting a payout on my car, and getting coverage on the new car. Jason and I spent hours on the phone going over detailed nuances of homeowners insurance coverage, running VIN numbers on various cars I was looking at, and even helped me find a few cars that I actually went and test drove. After my premium increase following the accident, Cally actually went above and beyond to email me acknowledging my increase and informing me that I can save a few bucks if I enroll in auto-pay. I appreciate her being proactive about saving me money, especially when it's very little effort on my part. Yes, a few interactions with Cally and Jason have involved a pitch for another program or product but I have never felt pressure from them. These discussions always feel like they are in the best interest of me, Cally and Jason letting me know about a potential vulnerable area of coverage for me and informing me of those risks and potential solutions. As time went on, I felt like I had to prompt him to call me so that we could get the application going. Once it was submitted, it came back denied. I asked Joel what their reason was, but never got a response. I asked him for a phone # to call so that I could find out why they denied it, but again, never got the decency of a response. I made the whole process easy for him as I came to him already having researched myself which plan I wanted. All he had to do was help me change over to it. If they would have accepted my application, it would have been easy money for him. The reason it was denied wasn't anything that he would have known about that it wouldn't go thru. There was nothing in my underwriting questionnaire that was submitted with the application that caused the denial either, but instead was how something was coded that happened a couple years back. In my experience, Joel gives poor customer service.
