They were nice to me. They were very helpful. I think his name is Mike. He showed me where to sign in and told me their process. He made it easy for me to understand lol Then I had issues with my new firearm and asked him for help. The three men and the lady who work there were very helpful. I could go to Reload in Tarpon Springs which is more modern but they make you jump through hoops now for pistols after the suicide incident in 2016. I usually go to Shooting Sports in Tampa but they have become very crowded/busy in the last few years which is a good thing. I like Firing Line. You sign in, pay, go in. They do watch you and others while you're on the range. I plan to return again.

We have been to this facility multiple times in the past with absolutely no issues. In fact, the gentleman at the counter has always had zero issues with our dog every single time we have visited. However, during this latest visit, the owners deliberately kicked us out of the building, despite our dog being a fully trained service animal.Our dog was perfectly behaved, wearing proper eye shields and hearing protection headphones, and was simply laying down minding his own business on the line. Ironically, their own website proudly features a dog wearing headphones and glasses, yet they refused to allow a trained service dog wearing the exact same protective gear to remain in the building.Denying entry and removing a legitimate, tasking service dog is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is incredibly discriminatory. To be targeted and forced to leave after multiple hassle-free visits is completely unacceptable. We hope management takes the time to properly educate themselves on federal ADA regulations regarding service animals to ensure no other patron is subjected to this unlawful and degrading experience. We will not be returning unless this matter is resolved.
