The technician rushed through the job, skipped areas that are always treated, and did not provide the level of thoroughness I'm paying for. It felt lazy and incomplete. I documented the entire issue on video and sent it directly to the company. Not only was the service subpar, but the lack of response afterward made it worse. When customers have to provide evidence just to be taken seriously, that's a problem. Consistency matters. Accountability matters. If you're going to charge professional rates, provide professional service. At this point, I'm questioning whether to continue using this company.
