3 stars because I had the other locations food (HWY 3) a few days before I ordered from here and I was craving it because it was SO wonderful. I knew once the food got in my car it was not going to be the same... it didn't smell the same or look the same and it was very disappointing. I was really excited to try this place after reading some reviews and I really love the creaminess and cheesiness of their chicken alfredo, but their chicken was really dry. Some pieces were actually a bit to tough to chew. I love breadsticks, but their breadstick was unediable, the top part was tough and bottom was hard.. too hard to bite through, bottom was almost black... I'm so sad to even write this review because this place has such potential their food has great taste, but it was just overcooked. Their chicken wings were over cooked too. Some parts near the bone were black like they were over fried. The flavor and sauce of the chicken was amazingggggg though!!! I absolutely loved their hot garlic parmesan wing sauce it is sooo yummy!!! I have to say it's my favorite wing sauce of all the wings I've ever eaten. Over all the flavors and taste here is delicious, I'm so willing to give this place another chance hopefully their texture of the food would be up to par with their flavors next time read more

Placed an order online to be picked up in 45- an hour. Get there an hour later and they said our pepperoni pizza wasn't ready and it would be 10 minutes. They bring out the pizza but not our other item. When I asked about it, I was told that they cancelled it because they didn't have ingredients. The chicken itself was SO over cooked and dry and then it was DRENCHED in buffalo sauce with just a light sprinkle of garlic and Parmesan cheese. Well to start off they said 15-20 minutes on the phone. I'm still here waiting at the 30 minute mark. When I called I was a little disappointed they don't offer the same specials. I was offered a loyalty card and no drink while I was waiting until the manager apologized for the delay and gave a free 2liter of my choice. Ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper- it was good. I like the original better but this pizza was good, not great. Only reason I'm giving this a 4 star is because of how expensive the pizza cost. Other than that, it was great food and definitely had leftovers for the next day. Pizza was HUGE! We got the medium for two people and 10 wings. We are all of the wings and still had 4 slices of pizza leftover. Be aware, the buffalo sauce for the wings isn't just regular buffalo sauce, it's spicy buffalo! I made that mistake but the flavor was still really good. I had the most horrible experience with this location on tonight after many previous visits that were wonderful. I always get curbside because when I initially called this is what I was informed could be provided. On tonight when I placed my order and informed them curbside it was no problem. When I arrived I was quickly educated on how they no longer would be providing curb side by someone that I eventually discovered disappointedly was the MANAGER of this establishment, Ms Katie. My perception was that she was rude to me after she educated me repeatedly on how they no longer were doing curb side, after I informed her that I understood and would pay for my order and go to other places where I can have curbside. I informed her that she could send someone to my car to get my credit card so I could pay and I would never be back. She sent someone out and forgot that she still had me on the phone and I listened to her talk about me to her employees long enough for the worker to come get my credit card , my let him listen , then I asked him to let her know that I was still on the phone and could hear everything that she said about me after he returned inside. Since I was parked in front I could clearly see him showing her how she still had the phone where I was able to listen in. The call was then disconnected. I called back to let them know that I did not receive my Sprite and she answered and referred to me as Sweetie which I am still trying to figure that out. It is really sad how one such experience can overshadow all of the other great experiences and to think she identified herself to me as THE MANAGER. read more

First off, we are a loyal Dan's pizza patron. But we go to the one on Highway 3 near El Dorado. We ordered pizza from the one on Scarsdale tonight. When we asked the difference between the bacon cheeseburger pizza and the double bacon cheeseburger pizza the girl replied sarcastically, duh, double bacon. So, we ordered it. The pizza shows up and none of our typical toppings are there. So I called the pizza place and complained that her pizza was not right and the same girl proceeded to tell us that our double bacon cheeseburger pizza does not come with all the things that a regular bacon cheeseburger pizza comes with. Will somebody please fix this. You are way too good of a pizza place to let rhis air-headed girl taking orders ruin it. read more
