Oh boyyyy. You know those restaurants that you try for the first time and immediately know you'll be back soon? That's Tiny Champions. It took me far too long to come here and I'm mourning every past meal I didn't have. Originally had a reservation for 6 and needed to adjust the day before and they kindly accommodated! We sat outside and had one of my favorite meals in Houston. We had a good mix of apps, pasta, and pizza with the salami piccante pie stealing the show. No joke might be my favorite Houston pizza bite. Also our server Jackalynn was awesome. Great conversation and kept up with our chaotic ordering and questions. Tiny Champions you've won my heart!!!

Wowow! We came here on a double date and this place is so so delicious! The cocktails here the group said were very good. The appetizers were so good as well. Our favorites were the carrot and burrata dip (great flavor and love the focaccia served with it) and the arancini (delicious vodka sauce to pair). The pizzas are pretty good but the standout is definitely the pasta. We got a triangoli and it was so unique in flavor, textures. We loved it!! Service was on top of what we needed and water. Ambiance is intimate and cozy vibes. Love it here and will be back!

They had a new Spring 2026 Menu that we wanted to try the asparagus pizza. - Asparagus Pizza (Smoked Pancetta, leek and fennel cream sauce, gruyère and fontina cheese) Yummy. Doesn't taste like a pizza to me (maybe a bit more like a flat bread) but I enjoyed the flavors a lot. This one pairs well with the Salami Piccante Pizza when you want two pizzas. Reordered from previous visits: - Salami Piccante Pizza - Very Yummy a very nice balance of flavors. The hot honey with ricotta is to yummy. - Lasagna.

First time trying this restaurant, I didn't make a reservation and it was packed so I dined in outside by the patio which was pleasantly welcoming. I was craving pizza so I ordered the Italian sausage pizza with no Italian sausage and added hot honey on the side. The pizza was amazing. Service was amazing as well. I would visit again just to dine in inside as I loved the open kitchen concept. I went after 8pm and found street parking, I can't attest to parking prior to that. I would visit again. The only con is they don't have any chicken or beef options for the pizza which is a personal thing since I don't eat pork.

Tiny chimps!! Always a fun treat to dine here. Starting off with the dreamsicle mocktail, this was sooo yummy and unique. Not too sweet either! As for pizzas, we decided on the greens pizza and the picante (no salami). Both were so freaking good. The greens pizza has so much garlic in it and the way the greens are CRISPY makes all the difference. The picante was also amazing, especially if you love the combo of ricotta and hot honey. To end our meal, we got the coffee ice cream sundae and oh my lawd, unreal!!!!! Love this place for date night or a girls night - it's definitely one of those places where you want to get a bunch of stuff and share! Check it out!

Tiny Champions is one of those spots that lives up to the hype. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. What I ordered: * Fried quail -- perfectly crunchy and tender, with a sauce that complemented it well * Braised butter beans -- a surprise standout; savory with a subtle smoky flavor, bright dill, balanced by creamy ricotta and crunchy croutons (and I'm not even a bean person) * Salami piccante pizza -- spicy pepperoni, hot honey, and ricotta; simple, balanced, and not overly spicy (mild) The atmosphere was relaxed and social with a steady crowd, but it never felt too loud. Sat outside in the evening and it was a really nice vibe. Service was great--kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Heads up: street parking only, and make a reservation. It was packed on a Friday night. Easy repeat spot.

It's been a minute since we've been here. We had a concert at Meow Wolf and decided to give it another try. We got the sausage pizza, quail, beet salad, ice cream with a shot, and the frozen cherry cola drink. Can I just say that the food was fantastic and the service excellent? Pizza was very very good. The winner out of the food items was the quail. It was juicy, perfectly breaded, and the ranch and dill helped to round out the dish. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. We were able to park across the street and just walk over. Place was packed and others were waiting even for our 830 reservation and in the rain.

Ordered the special pasta of the day. Wish i could remember the name because it was absolutely phenomenal. The pasta had crunch from nuts, stuffed with i believe delicious mushrooms. Very complex flavor profile. I got the hot honey pizza which was amazing as well. The only comment is that the hot honey gets a bit overwhelming in flavor as you get to the third slice. Service was great. I came in with no reservation and they managed to squeeze us in with the request that we leave by a certain time to accommodate those with a reservation. They let us stay a half hour past that time. On the darker side at night. Makes for a good mood for a date night.

Ever since I tried Nancy's Hustle, I have had my eye on Tiny Champions and I finally saw a dinner reservation and had to grab a spot. We came here Saturday evening around 7:30 and it was quite busy in the main dining areas and bar. Our server was Francisco and they were great through and through (even gave me a great drink recommendation/modification). We started with the Nordic Thunder and Train Hopper drinks and the fried quail. We also ordered the fennel sausage pizza (+ fancy ranch and hot honey) and the stuffed shells with seafood cream sauce. Everything we had was 10/10 AMAZING. I'm so so happy that I finally got to try this restaurant and add it to my list of favorites. As far as the decor and aesthetics, the interior front is quite small but the back area is actually massive (including the patio). I loved the art work on the walls, the gender neutral restrooms and the neon light at the front. It really set a very artsy-decco vibe throughout. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here - whether you grab a spot at the bar or reserve a table. I cannot wait to come back

Their Happy Hour (Mon-Thurs, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) is easily one of the best values in the city! Get half-off their fermented-crust pizzas and $5 cocktails! Vibes are more bohemian-chic style, with mismatched chandeliers and dark lighting. Pro-tip: get there right at 5:00 PM because pizzas do take ~25 min to come out.

We had a reservation for 7:15 and came a little early, so we had to wait a little as it was pretty busy. We were seated quickly and service was great. The patio has a similar vibe to its sister restaurant, Nancy's Hustle - very open, fun, and well-lit. Like Nancy's, the food holds its own. We started off with the Cucumber Salad and the Braised Butter Beans. The salad had this crunchy sesame brittle on top which gave it a good contrast to the creamy tahini dressing. There was a little heat to it as well. The beans were excellent and lived up to their reputation. We got the Crab-Stuffed Shells and the Risotto also. My favorite was probably the crab pasta. For dessert we got the Coffee Sundae with hot fudge and little donut holes. The ice cream was great - not too sweet - and the fudge made it even better. I liked dining at Tiny Champions, and I would recommend it as a place to have a nice dinner in Houston!

    Lanha T.

Tiny Champions is a casual place to grab a bite to eat. There's plenty of street parking around the area. Everything we ordered, we enjoyed. The fried quail was cooked nicely and went well with the ranch and dill. Both of the pastas we ate were delicious. It was hard to choose which we liked more between the rigatoni and crab stuffed shells. I liked the slight heat on the Salami Picante pizza. Hot honey is honestly good on anything. Service was kind of a hit or miss. The servers were quick to walk away after the food is placed on the table. I hate to flag someone down especially if another person was there 5 seconds ago. Tiny Champions is a good place that's no muss, no fuss.

If you're in Houston and looking for a cute girls night out, unique date night, or a speakeasy experience, add this to your bucket list immediately. But since we went on Wednesday for the ladies night, we were able to just go right in. I'm doing chemo so I can't drink or have the alcohol infused chocolate but I still had a great time. Sober folks can also enjoy this place. I got a cherry mocktail and it was the best mocktail I ever drank. They had two chocolate bon bons that weren't infused with alcohol and then all of the flat medallions are also not infused. They were sweet enough to send me home with some alcohol infused chocolates to have once I finish my chemo. We got there around 7 and didn't leave until the place was closing down. The DJ was amazing and she made the atmosphere feel more like a Saturday night.

The store front is very tiny, it could fit maybe 6 people fairly comfortably. They do have a speak easy space for their tastings, which is an interesting concept, which I'll touch on later. Effectively, they have different unique shapes of chocolate that are liquid filled with alcoholic and non-alcoholic liqueurs. Think licor 43, gin, bourbon, whiskey, tequila, etc. The chocolates themselves are good, there wasn't any that I disliked and I'd say the carajillo was one of my favorites. All that said, I think this can be hit or miss with some folks. I like them, whereas I can see how it has a bit of a flash in the pan type taste. It hits fast and then, that's it.Personally, I can get past that probably and could easily eat 10 in rapid fashion. Where this place loses my attention and where I struggle is the pricing. Value is always subjective and I'm sure some will find these to be well worth their price. For reference, I think it's 4 for $22, 8 for $34, when I recently visited. I just didn't find them to be worth that pricing model, particularly when there are other brands that you can get at a lower price and similar fillings. At the end of the day, I think this is worth it for an experience or date, particularly if you're going to go in for the tasting. Think, wine and cheese, in this case, cocktails and chocolates. It's $65 a person for the experience. Overall, I'm glad to see a boutique shop like this that's locally owned by a young, ambitious entrepreneur. My two cents, price lower and there is likely a higher amount of return customers for the chocolates, but I'll save you, the reader, the take on an entire business model diatribe here.

Service: not great, we had a manager start off as our server but she was awkward in a "not socially aware" way (ex. she kept saying our server had to use the bathroom, even when our server came to the the table and looked so embarrassed; she also told me my non-alcoholic drink order would not taste good without knowing it's what I drink at home), rushed us (every time she said she would give us a moment she'd come RIGHT back to the table within seconds) Our actual server started off rocky as well, perhaps wasn't having a good day and she was visibly annoyed with the manager. She was short and blank with us until she realized we're very nice lol and by the end, her tone and energy had completely shifted for the better. The foreign object: about 2/3 of the way through the meal, I bit into a small piece of blue plastic. Did not know if it was in the fish or the mac and cheese, but I was devastated because I was almost finished eating but couldn't due to paranoia. There was plenty of seating available around the pool and in grassy shaded areas away from the pool. Bathrooms and showers were also accessible if you wanted to change clothes. One suggestion I would make is to have a more diverse music playlist. While the venue advertised that pop music would be played, it didn't always match the preferences of everyone there, especially given the diverse group of guests in attendance. Also, make sure to bring your ID; otherwise, you won't be allowed in. I had to make a trip back home to retrieve mine, even with a valid photo ID.
