Our 16-year old heater wouldn't ignite. Marcus came over, ran every imaginable technical test, results positive every time, still no ignition. He recommended we call the gas company to assure all was okay and suggested we'd probably need a new meter because ours was small for our house and pool. SoCal Gas came, put in new meter, checked our heater and said "no reason it shouldn't start." Next day I asked Marcus to bring over an igniter and make sure that wasn't our problem even though it tested ok. He came over, installed a new igniter. No start, no charge for the visit. Decided to get a new heater and Marcus said he'd cone back later that afternoon and install the one we chose. He showed up around 5:00 and removed & replaced our heater, took away the old one, and was done by 7:00 pm when we settled into a late dinner.
