I lived here from 2015-2019 in the 2 bed 2 bath townhomes up front. The manager at the time was really nice to me. When I moved out, I received $500 of my deposit back. I lived here again from 2023-2024 in the 2 bed 2 bath townhomes up front, and this time, I received $6.72 of my deposit back. I read elsewhere the same happened to another tenant and actually owed money. This was a first for me in 18 years renting that I didn't receive much back. My olds must have been turned around quickly, because a new tenant is always there according to my neighbor. 3ish weeks after I moved out. The plus side to Danville Park is the location. There are nicer apartments down the street, so you'll have to decide what works best for you. I was disappointed this time around. read more

I would not recommend moving here, Management is rude and horrible they do not care about the old residents, they are always lying, and seems like they only care about moving in new people. takes forever for management to respond to an email or call. we waited 3 weeks or more just for a simple yes or no answer. The manager is never on the property. old apartments, bugs, and mold everywhere (not safe at all). People also smoke on the property and leave cigarette buds all over the floor. The apartment walls are extremely thin and can hear everything. The only pro to living here is you are within walking distance of downtown. read more

Mold is everywhere and new management is a nasty piece of work. Actually, 3 types of mold found present with an independent mold inspection company that I paid $500 for. I was told to send an email with the photos and explanation by Lampia. 5 days later, those same managers. Yolanda and Lampia, raised my rent in retaliation. Yolanda and Lampia will tell you how much they care and THEN show you who they truly are. I have blood coming out of my nose and throat and they play retaliatory games. I notice mold on other units as well, on blinds, window sills and faulty windows throughout complex. There are 3 individuals suing Danville Park for hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills due to the impact the mold (and asbestos I was told) has had on their health. Stay away from this complex. Everyone has multiple air purifiers running and has nowhere to go. read more

Parking lot accessibility and security is a joke. There is no security patrol, no cameras, poor lighting and virtually zero guest parking spaces relative to the size of the complex. There are only 4 total spots for guests in the rear lot. There is a single handicap space too small for most cars way in the back. Cars without handicap tags park there all the time, no problem. All uncovered parking spaces are erroneously marked as Reserved when in fact, they are not, especially in the far back lot near and around the garbage cans cage. Cars come and park as they please. Some stay unmoved for days at a time in the "reserved" spaces. Cars can be abandoned for weeks without consequence. The garbage cage in the back is disgusting. People treat it as a landfill dump. One stares directly at the garbage dump anytime they drive towards the back of the complex. Large item refuse is thrown about with garbage spills on the ground in plain view ALL the time. The garbage gate has been broken for years and almost impossible to close. Management apparently doesn't seem to care. But they do pay the landscaping company to have their leaf-blower workers fire up the noise pollution nearly every morning at 8 am sharp - even in the rain and storm! And management will apparently have a car towed out of a "reserved" parking space that no one uses in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, early evening, that had been parked there for literally less than two hours! Open parking spaces all around, an abandoned car next to it, to the tune of $575 due the Towing company! Ridiculous! read more

From the outside this complex seems good. Centrally located in a nice community, with a location that appears to care about its residents. However that's where it ends, the management is awfully inept, will lie about pricing of units. The manager Antoinette never knows what the price is. she's putting up fake reviews online. We have lightbulbs out, our stove didn't work for 6 months, our heater smells and makes weird noises. The single pane window and non insulated walls will make your energy bill skyrocket, our back window didn't work for 2 months, fence is falling down, the back of the place cannot be legal the amount of chemicals, old appliances etc right next to the creek?? Danville Park is more concerned with painting the place (which after a a few months is already peeling), putting out signs they love a good sign. When you drive in there's 45 signs and balloons to let you know they care, which to the residents comes off as the most tone deaf bunch of nonsense. IF you have an option to live elsewhere I recommend it read more

I would recommend. The main maintenance man is always helpful and kind as well as the complex manager. As tenants you don't normally feel the humanity and care from the people who work for the complex, I felt that here. The neighbors are great! I've loved living here! Quiet, beautiful trees and flowers on the grounds. The building's are older but they're solid and they've been doing a lot of work sprucing them up lately! Great location too, who doesn't love walking distance to down town! read more

Do not sign a lease here! Wow are these places unsafe and full of old building issues such as HVAC/Plumbing/Hot water. Don't be fooled by the cosmetic updates and pretty landscaping. They are charging more than other complexes, but unable to provide similar basic comforts. Here is a list: -The air conditioners barely work. On hot days it runs constantly just to keep my 650 sqft place at 77 degrees. -PGE costs are 200+ in the summer months to keep your 1bed 1bath place in the high 70's! Air conditioners suddenly quit once a month and require multiple service requests. -Toilets don't flush, when I had an emergency request to fix it, I was told that sometimes these old things don't flush if your neighbors are using water, try again in a couple hours. -Hot water fluctuates if your neighbors are using water as well. Hope you enjoy hot/cold showers! Thankfully, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing in the bathroom, so you'll know if it's clear to bathe for not. -People slamming their doors will shake upper floor apartments, I have certain walls I can't hang pictures/decorations on. The windows have no insulation or soundproofing, helping make that AC bill expensive. -The parking lot is loud! You can hear cars coming and going all hours of the night. Even full conversations can be heard if they are near your windows. -You can also hear a drug deal happening here a couple times a week, anywhere from 9pm-Midnight a car comes REVING up and continues to be as loud as possible for a good 15 minutes until someone trades with them, and then zooms away. Lots of broken liquor bottles and other paraphernalia can be found in the morning. Aren't you happy to be paying so much to live in SUCH a safe place? -People, including maintenance, smoke on site, both tobacco & weed. -My front door looks as if it's been broken into, a sign I wish I had seen when looking at this remodeled but barely updated place. -All appliances are loud, you cannot run the AC, laundry, or dishwasher and have a conversation with someone at the same time. -Coyotes can be found near the dog park in the evenings! read more

This guy Sebastian who is supposed to give us a tour of the building is a condescending and disrespectful representation of the business. I came with my daughter who is looking to rent an apartment for extra space for a side business and Sebastian is trying to push a co-signing deal when my daughter has clearly stated she does not want a co-signer and will pass on the offer. He looks at me (the mother) and says "she clearly doesn't understand, maybe you can explain it to her" . My daughter declined your offer and you chose to TRY to patronize her. You should also know who you are talking to and not tell "Paige's" life story to us when we are not Paige and have no such background as her. Mind you this whole conversation is happening in a room that smells like sushi and has biscoff cookie wrappers on the desk. We left before a tour even began. Wouldn't want this guy being the one I go to for any type of problem while living there. read more

We had a great experience at Danville Park. When we moved in they transitioning to the new owners and immediately we noticed an improvement after the new company took over. They immediately started renovating and modernizing old units and have since make efforts to put washer and dryers in each unit. They repainted all the units and updated their website and hired friendly staff to work the office. Antonette was super accommodating to our residential needs, amazing levels of communication and transparency. I know that with her in the picture this place will only get better! read more

Zillow advertised apartment for rent in Danville Park Apts for 2097. With month free.. I made an appointment to tour. Upon arrival to the office the person there said they did not offer any such offer, even when I showed the ad to her.. she quoted me a price between 2600 to 2800. The place was run down and the pool was closed for repair, the office was k. I have lived here for half a year and here is my initial impression: I chose this place due to it's excellent location and have enjoyed it every day. I previously lived in a tourist town, and can tell Danville is designed for the residents. Everything is in walking distance, from the apartment pool outside my door to the Trade Joe's or local library. For the apartment itself, the water bill surprised me so I'd say have budget ready for that. There isn't much insulation from the cold in some parts of the unit, the building is quite old. There is parking onsite, and the plants are maintained from overgrowth. The actual unit is renovated and the appliances have worked for me. When I do have any concerns the office and Hugo have been responsive. There was construction on an accessible unit that was loud but it's since been completed. I also think the management was switching over when I got here and the new person in charge seems to be on top of things already. read more

Everything from viewing the apartment, application process, moving in the apartment, maintence and tenant confidentially and the apartment in general has been fantastic. Antonette is super responsive, nice, friendly, organized, easy to work with and on top of things. Everything in my apartment is brand new and has been upgraded and there is a pool in the complex. Perfect proximity to downtown, the library, schools, churches etc. Great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and staff. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. read more
