We hired Daphne based on her website and her immediate response to my email requesting information on a photography session when my family arrived in Hawaii. She didn't try to "salespeople" me, she just told me exactly what I wanted to know, she gave me the information I was asking for, she didn't try to upsell or charge more, or anything, she just was perfectly professional via email. One word: Exceptional! I was in search of a photographer for our annual family photos. I sent inquiries to a handful of photographers / companies in the area and received a timely response from Daphne. Not only was her response timely, but also very detailed. She provided her package information and asked what I was specifically looking for. From communicating via email, she suggested locations and also sent sample photos from past shoots. With those samples, we knew exactly where / what we wanted and locked our date in. Thank you Daphne for recommending the amazing location... On the day of our shoot, Daphne dropped a pin to my phone to assist with finding the beach location. When we approached her, I already felt her warmth and welcoming ways. I was nervous about our children acting up or being uncomfortable (3 year old and 18 month old), but that was not the case. My three year old son was a natural and flourished in front of Daphne's camera! All you can see in his face is pure joy of a kid being a a kid. She captured a great combination of both posed and candid photos and delivered on our specific request for a family silhouette photo (we do one yearly).
