One word: Exceptional! I was in search of a photographer for our annual family photos. I sent inquiries to a handful of photographers / companies in the area and received a timely response from Daphne. Not only was her response timely, but also very detailed. She provided her package information and asked what I was specifically looking for. From communicating via email, she suggested locations and also sent sample photos from past shoots. On the day of our shoot, Daphne dropped a pin to my phone to assist with finding the beach location. When we approached her, I already felt her warmth and welcoming ways. I was nervous about our children acting up or being uncomfortable (3 year old and 18 month old), but that was not the case.
