I brought in a suit with vomit stains and specifically pointed out the areas that needed attention. I gave them more than a week's notice and was assured the suit would be ready the day before a wedding. When I arrived to pick it up, the suit wasn't ready. Despite having ample time and knowing the deadline in advance, they told me there was nothing they could do. Because of their failure to deliver as promised, I was forced to scramble at the last minute to find another suit for an important event. What was most disappointing was their lack of accountability. While I was told they hoped this wouldn't affect my future business, when the suit was finally ready several days after the wedding, I was still charged full price for a service that failed to meet its most basic commitment: being completed on time. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them matters. There was no meaningful attempt to make things right, no discount, and no effort to take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. After years of loyalty, this experience has ensured I won't be returning, and I would encourage others to consider that before trusting them with time-sensitive items.

When it finally came back it was still the same. Half in balls, none in some places. The guy suggested that I send it to Canada Goose so I did. Here is the response I got from CG We hope this reaches you well. The issues found with your jacket were deemed as improper caress the jacket arrived damaged and we did try reviving the damage on three separate occasions but it was not fixable. The same areas are still clumped with down and since this was taken to a third party cleaner by you that it is not recommended and deemed improper care. We understand that this was not the result you expected , and we want you to know our warranty team thoroughly inspected your jacket before reaching the decision that it could not be repaired without causing further damage to your jacket. In cases where we are unable to make a repair under warranty we will often offer repairs for a nominal fee, however in the case of your jacket we are unable to have it fixed even at a cost. We hope you continue to trust Canada Goose to protect you in the future, we will request the jacket be returned to you at our expense in 10 days or upon your reply to the email. So the guy said he cannot replace my jacket when he has no idea what I did to it. I have my airline receipt of where I flew home. He was of no help!!! So my 1200.00 jacket that was a gift to me is completely ruined. They knew it was messed up that is why they kept it for 3 weeks trying to fix it. My advice to all is to find another dry cleaners. I gave them 3 of my shirts, each came back dirtier than when I gave to them. One shirt had pen on it. Pen, of all things. Another shirt had an oil stain. And the last had some minor dust spots. The best they did out of three shirts was make it dirtier than before. So I complained and they did my shirts over again. One shirt still had the pen stain, which I had to buff out at home myself using household solvents. Another shirt had "soap" on it, though it really just looked like a burn mark.
