The atmosphere is clean, bright, and spacious, a stark contrast to the old, tired, and dark space we were accustomed to. At our former groomer, the grooming process was hidden from view, leaving us in the dark about our pets' experiences. However, at Dapper Dog Spa, transparency is key, and witnessing the one-on-one bathing and grooming process would put any pet owner at ease. Yes, I am aware that all groomers want the fur baby parents to do 'drop offs' so the one-on-one grooming experience is not compromised by mommy or daddy looking on... The 90-minute average grooming time flies by, giving you the perfect opportunity to run errands nearby or enjoy a leisurely visit to Costco or Whittwood Town Center Mall. Plus, the thoughtful touch of a 15-minute heads-up text is a testament to the care and consideration they put into every pet's experience. Sophie's day at Dapper Dog Spa was nothing short of a "SPA" day. No more 8-hour cage confinement - instead, she was treated with love and attention, emerging happy and as cute as a button. The worst groomer ever! Never take your dog here. I have a golden doodle. The 1st time I took her there they insisted that she be shaved. I didn't know any better so I agreed. I took her again today. And again they insisted they shave her. I begged them to bathe and brush her and they stated it's not possible. Approximately 10 mins after I left I called to say I changed my mind and if you haven't started please don't shave her. They stated they are "80 % done and it is what it is." I told them I was disappointed they wouldn't even try to bathe and brush her. She hung up and the manager called back and said come get your dog. I said the last person said she is only 80% done. And she said "yes come get her." When I went to pick her up they were very defensive and confrontational. When they said you don't brush her, my 13 year old daughter said I brush her every day. Then the groomer picked up my dogs shaved hair that was on the floor and threw at my daughter's face and said brush this. I am sure they will turn this around and say she was matted...she was not. Please go to their IG page and tell me why 95% of the golden doodle are shaved. Can they really not brush them out or are they too lazy. I will never go there again And you should not either. read more

This is the nicest, friendliest dog grooming place I have ever come across. EVERY single time I've gone in, I've always been greeted with a hello right away, even if they're busy with other dogs!! The girls are all so patient . My Gidget is always a bit squirmy, and they always have handled her with gentle kindness. I LOVE how they baby talk her to try and keep her calm. I haven't seen a grumpy groomer there yet haha, and believe me I've seen some grumpy ones!! I also love how everything is right there out in the open. The girls never look stressed or frustrated. Real stand up people here, including who I think is the owner, she's very nice as well. I think she did my Gidget's nails once because the other girls were busy. Great people here! We absolutely love Dapper Dog Spa and have had such a great experience with them! They groom our Goldendoodles, Sunny & Skye, and they always come home looking fluffy, beautifully shaped, and exactly how we want him to look. I've seen comments suggesting that doodles are automatically shaved here, and that has absolutely not been our experience. Sunny & Skye are not matted, we keep up with brushing and coat maintenance at home. Doodle coats take a lot of consistent upkeep between grooming appointments, and if a coat becomes severely matted, sometimes shaving is the safest and most humane option. I don't think it's fair to blame the groomer for that or imply that they simply don't know how to brush out a doodle. We trust Dapper Dog Spa completely with my dogs and would recommend them 1000% They do a beautiful job every time. read more

Love this place! This was my first time trying Dapper Dog Spa and I was so pleased with everything. The customer service was great! I wasn't offered things that my dog didn't actually need. I've had a lot of pervious salons try to up sell everything, and I was happy with the services recommended. I have a 7 year old standard poodle that always needs a lot of work. The service was done in a timely manner and her haircut was fantastic. The salon over all is beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be returning for all my dogs grooming needs. read more

I got myself a puppy from a rescue place, all they knew or believed was she was a terrier mix, 4 months old. She had her first visit today, I'm sure it was tough day for her, but Robyn was great with her. She did a great job, she showed her compassion with her which is probably even more important to me then 2nd would be the grooming, which she did great introducing her to what future visits will be like.
