The Pet Market is an inviting place that greets you as soon as you walk in the store and they check up on you throughout your time in here. Some may view that as overbearing but other find it to be a rather great customer service experience. I wasn't really in need of anything when I walked in here, but I just wanted to browse to see what they have to offer. A lot of the items in here are aimed at a healthier lifestyle for your fur baby. Which is welcomed, especially if your fur baby is getting up there in years. Prices are a little up there, but you are paying for a better product the cost is worth it.

He was absolutely exhausted after playing there for a few hours and slept the entire four hour drive home plus the day after!! They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. They completely changed their plan for training after one session - I was verbally told I would be refunded for a partial session due to this and never was. Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Reviews are turned off of his facebook business page which leads me to imagine that there are others with similar complaints.
