He supposedly stole mine and many others' jewelry from a safe in the shop that was left open all day which does not make sense. They don't seem to take the situation seriously and even tried to settle it out with me with a very very cheap offer. Now all my precious jewelry with sentimental memories, including an engagement ring, and that I have had since my childhood is all gone, thanks to Aston Pawn. Update: I am not making things up. The Owner told me all this on the phone. "4 years ago" means nothing when you "lost" something to me FOREVER that I had for a much longer time and meant so much. You have been so insensitive to the situation and did not work hard at all to make things "whole" with my situation as you claimed you would and keep changing the story. But of course, it wasn't like you lost something that actually was yours. "Upset" is an understatement. Just because the supposed criminal was prosecuted does not mean that I get my jewelry back & I still haven't. My son then brought in a few more items, at which time one of the guys said: "this better be good", then told him to get them out of there. BTW, my son is on the autism spectrum, and couldn't figure out why they were being so mean. Hey, guys: it's a pawn shop, not the friggin' Mayflower Society (though you'd expect that group to have at least a modicum of decorum).
