I'm not sure how I feel about this place. I would give this place probably a solid 3 stars but the wifi and dinosaur murals got me that extra star going. I rarely go to laundromats... and I remember they were expensive but not this expensive? I didn't think I could fit my 3 blankets plus 2 bed sheets... in one go.. with it being $8 a load? So I tried to shove everything in there and it actually fit quite comfortably. It only took about 20 minutes for the wash! The drying... I'm currently waiting on ($0.25 per 5 minutes). We'll see how it goes but one thing I have to mention... I was working so productively on my blog post with the wifi but all of a sudden it stopped working... :/ i don't know what happened but I figured I was going to be here for another hour.. which means... I need to find something else to do. I figured might as well write my review for this spot while I'm still waiting! Everyone seems to comment about the dinosaur murals and I have to say it's pretty old school kind of cute. Aside from the paintings, it looks like a lot of complaints are towards the x amount of laundry machines that are down or broken.. you're right. There's a few that are broken or out of order. I guess when you come at 2 in the afternoon on a Monday, you have a little bit more convenience. I wasn't waiting at all and I'm content with the time it's taking so far. I might have to do research for future reference as far as prices go but hey, I literally saw they had wifi so I drove 10 minutes to get here haha! read more

I'll be the first to admit, this is my first time needing to use a laundromat. In the process of moving & washing all of our heavy bedding. I used Yelp & read the comments prior to selecting who I'd choose to use. I was very pleased with my experience here, and will be back tomorrow with the rest of our bedding. * Extremely clean environment (additional cleaning during COVID-19) * Friendly Service & was greeted with a smiling face (even under her face mask) * Cash Only - Plan Ahead! Pros: DINOSAURS! Cons: Older machines When my local laundromat here in Edmonds shut down due to a greedy developer handing their lease over to a bank, I was forced to look elsewhere for a place to wash my clothes after my washer broke. I heard this place had dinosaur artwork and had to go check it out. These aren't little dinosaurs. These are huge, detailed murals, like you might find in a museum lobby, and they inexplicably cover every available surface in the inside of this building. If your kids like dinosaurs, they will love it here. If you love dinosaurs, well, you will love the dinosaurs. The machines were a little run down, with some of them out of order, but staff was attentive and I was able to get things done. It seems like more Spanish than English gets spoken here, so if Spanish is your first language and you like dinosaurs, look no further. read more

We used the drop off wash & fold service and for the most part it was ok. The only disappointments were: 1) my husband called to see if he dropped it in the next morning when it would be ready & the said that evening -- unfortunately it was not until the NEXT evening. If zero stars was an option that would be the rating for this facility. My mother in laws as been going here for months. She is retired and has a broken dryer. She washes her clothes at home and then goes to this laundry mat to dry her clothes. The last time she went there the "owner" told her she is not allowed to just dry her clothes and not wash them there. There was no one else in the laundry mat. Told her to leave and can never come back after she asked why she couldn't use the dryer. Ridiculous. What poor customer service. read more

Paid $2.75 for the smallest washer. $0.25 per 5 minutes on the dryer. Half of the dryers and washers were broken, but the facilities are clean though a bit untidy in a few areas. I go here on a weekly, biweekly basis. Closest place to me. Love getting all our laundry in 1 easy visit and not worrying about people stealing clothes like at our place! BUT.... customer service skills need improvement at times when I do need someone to assist which is rare. AND depending on what day/time you go there are a few people that have been there trying to bum money for cigarettes, etc. Will still keep coming here. Clean place, clean machines. Friendly morning staff but the lady that closes (Coleen I think) need to change her attitude. I came a bit late (The place closes at 10. I got there around 8:50) so I ASKED PERMISSION to start a just the washing machine. She said that would be fine, but I guess it wasn't fine becuase she was bitching at me the entire time I was there. First time here on a Monday morning after our washer broke. Large facility with lots of parking out front. Place is older looking but very neat and tidy. They had coffee for patrons and cash machine takes multiple denominations of cash for quarters. It was quiet but few people were her this morning too. Interesting large dinosaur paintings all over the walls. My only trip here I have nothing negative to report and would definitely come back. read more

Long story short- more than half the machines were out of order, the lint traps on nearly all of the dryers look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, and parking is limited if you come midday. Definitely NOT a place where I'd wash my clothing or bedding but acceptable if you need to launder something large that is going to get dirty immediately anyway- in my case it was doormats and dog beds. read more

Needed to wash my king comforter and my machine was just too small. There seem to be plenty of machines. And several large enough to do my job. There is plenty of light, carpet on the floor, a large table I would have my kiddos coloring at if we needed to come together. There aren't any tv's, so they would need something to do. So our dryer at home decided to go to dryer heaven, desperately searching for places to do our laundry I found this along with one close to home. The one by home is nice, but it's kinda dirty and very hot inside. I looked up reviews and decided to come here. I honestly will say that the dinosaur murals online looked awesome, and caught my attention. I do love my dinosaurs! We loaded up our stuff and off we went to Snow White Linen. The place is big, airy, and lots of machines to choose from. I never had to wait for washer, the dryers aren't as plentiful as the washers, but I never had to wait for one. There were a few that were out of order, but have since been repaired. There are plenty of folding tables too. There are restrooms!! Clean ones for both guys and gals! The staff there are very friendly and nice. Until we get a new dryer or whatever, I will be doing my laundry here. read more

My boyfriend and I are incredibly lazy when it comes to doing our laundry. We decided to give up and find a laundromat and get it all done in one go. Snow White's was the closest, so we threw our dirty clothes into trash bags and headed out. WOW. The woman behind the counter was incredibly helpful (we weren't sure which machines to use or how much each could hold) and the prices were very reasonable. The interior is cute, the walls are covered in paintings of dinosaurs and there are plenty of places to sit and wait. Hopefully, we won't need to come back, but if our laundry gets backed up again we definitely know where to go. read more

The dryers here suck really badly, and they take forever. Plan on whatever you put in there being covered in lint (I don't think they clean the traps as often as they are supposed to). It also seems to be a hangout for assorted creeps at times, although on the plus side I've yet to be stabbed. There are very few choices of laundromat around here though, especially coin op. As long as you're cool with jerks side-eyeing you while muttering obscenities under their breaths, along with inadequately dried, lint-covered laundry, this place could be your own slice of pube-covered heaven. A lot of the customers look like they've already died so that will help with your suspension of disbelief, too. read more

Do you have large comforters, sleeping bags, bulk of laundry you need to get done all at once...I would always think I had to get it professionally laundered at the costly tune of over $100...but no, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY! I went to this place...the staff behind the counter is super helpful, courteous and most importantly--they don't make you feel dumb. They tell you which machine is best for the amount or type of linens you have. After I put my things in and started the machine...I went to run errands...I came back to find that the lady put it in the dryer and paid for the machine. That's usually not part of the deal. I told her that I would come back after the drying cycle, but that it would be after a couple of appointments...she said that she would put my items behind the counter. SUPER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! This place is worth the extra trip...they have the biggest machines in the area...all are clean and all are well maintained. Of course, they are a regular laundromat as well. Oh, and if you are bored and forgot to bring reading material--they have magazines and even computer print-outs of funny stories and anecdotes available throughout the facility. read more

Very clean, new machines, friendly on-site staff. I was pleasantly surprised, as the last time I was there it seemed a little sketchy, with all of the dinosaurs painted on the walls. Staffs are horrible, never helpful at all besides not having clear instruction on how to start a laundry. When a $0.25 quarter coin was inserted wrongly and asked for help to refund, had to wait for 5 minutes until a staff came by, simply said that "no you can't, it's too late", and just walk away. This place was wonderful. I don't use laundry mats very often, so I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to which ones to use for what. I had a couple big blankets and a bag of clothes. She helped me choose the right ones, the cheapest ones, and she was super friendly about it. I had to ring her bell about 10 times, and she was totally happy to help me. We used the drop-off laundry services at Snow White. The price was $1.05/pound, which is quite reasonable. Because we had ten garbage bags of laundry, they wanted to give a safe estimate of how long it would take, and estimated a week to complete. They calld me the next day to let me know it was all completed. When we picked up, I was FLOORED to see that everything was sorted and uniformly folded and put into new bags according to category. Anything requiring hanging was on a hanger in drycleaning plastic. Customer service was excellent, turn around was very quick, employees seemed happy in their jobs and were friendly with customers and each other, the establishment was clean, and I couldn't have been happier. I've used "fluff and fold" type laundry services before in Seattle and NYC, and Snow White Linen clearly goes above and beyond what is normally delivered, for the lowest price I've seen. read more

happened to be in the area when i needed to get some big laundry done. was skeptical at first due to some of the other reviews, but i have to say the employees/owners have already installed and are still in the process of installing new washers and dryers. like the fact that it's an actual coin laundry and doesn't use those card systems. staff is always on duty so you can ask questions if needed. lots of open space to park, wash and fold clothes. read more
