The communication and response/repair time from the manager & Jessica has always been great and even more now with the update. They've made sure my business, and others around, know project schedules and when parking will be limited for the landscaping or painting. Last week, they let me know a new directory was being installed and really spent the time to get my feedback on what my business needed advertised on it. I'm just so happy the building is getting updated and becoming more of N. Park, while my rent is still very reasonable! I would highly recommend renting from them- if you can grab a suite quick enough!

It was a little expensive, but it did have a washer and dryer in the unit and it was in a good location. I applied and sent Cody, who showed me the apartment, an email. I never got a response, and in two days the property was unlisted and they took my $40 application fee. The least you could have done is responded to my email. Luckily, I found another apartment just as good and for $300 cheaper, so it all worked out. But still, my experience with this company was very unprofessional. Edit: the manager personally called me back to apologize for the situation, and offered to refund my money. She was very professional, and I appreciated her effort to make things right.

Long story short Amanda Gresiak is dishonest, greedy, vindictive, and so miserable that she went out of her way to ding our credit showing that we owed them rent money. We had our rent automatically taken out each month and never owed them a dime. We moved out towards the end of 2020. Didn't find out about it until about a year 1/2 later. Luckily i have saved a payment ledger and submitted it for dispute. Credit bureu removed it off. I will be reporting her company to FTC for this. You dont F around with peoples credit lady.
