Always rolls right into voice mail...lunch voice-mail is on well into the afternoon. Out of office voice mail is on throughout the day. Literally took WEEKS for someone to finally answer the phone and when they did, SHE got an attitude with ME after voicing my frustration about not being able to get through to the office. She then told me that she'd "pass my concerns along. Have a nice day" and hung up on me. When I immediately called back...straight to voice mail. Absolutely zero courtesy or concern for my well-being as a patient. UNEXCEPTIONAL!

Staff was great at the time we were there answering questions. But once we left they were not so pleasant. Called for her and spoke to doctor he was helpful and then called back again bc she felt something was wrong and lady got snippy with the question and before I could ask her second question they lady hung up on me. This is her second surgery with this doctor and I hope it is the last. Not very friendly or helpful afterwards. As for the area and building and location looks like very shady area and not very well managed "ghetto ish".

The parking lot was a bit small and could potentially be tight if you're coming during the week (my appointment was on a holiday). The office is on the first floor to the right when you enter the building. If you pass the elevators you've gone too far. The sign is small and neutral with no windows on the door. You'll think you're in the wrong place, but you're fine. The door was unlocked. Enter and sign in. The seating area, past the sign in, is bright and clean. Dr. Nguh herself is friendly and a bit soft-spoken; however, she is thorough. I've had two other exams at another facility in Bowie and the difference was night and day. She actually asked relevant, probing follow-up questions and took the copies of my service treatment records I brought in to review as I already knew my records were older, handwritten, and largely unsearchable. The VA doesn't give us a choice in who we see for examiners. My first two were a dumpster fire and left me apprehensive about this one, but if you're lucky enough to get an exam here you're in good hands.
