Dr Zapata deftly and expertly works through the treatment, and Carol, the assistant is attentive, gentle and considerate. The treatment lasted a little longer than the planned 2 hours, but time well-spent. I prefer not to have numbing, and there was never a need, nor any injury to gums. The temporary replacements fit perfectly and look at least as good as the originals. I'm looking forward to the follow-on treatments.

You're greeted by humans, diagnosed and treated by humans and you leave much better off than when you came in without the big bill. Don't get me wrong. You still get the state of the art toys you expect to find in an up to date dentist office, but theyre operated by people who talk to you as an inndividual while trying to find out what your needs are and who you are. They care more about your family, which they can remember almost always whether you were there 2 weeks or 2 years ago. I had the fancy, floosy service that atracts client by the lenghth of their skirts and high heels while leaving your teeth to rot. But I have a number on my speed dial for that, it's not under "my teeth are killing me". Again, don't get me wrong. I'm not sying it's not pleasant to be treated by Dr. Lehmann and her lovely, courteous, attractive but Well trained and professional staff. And when i leave, I'm confident my new tooth wont fall out during a business dinner. They say, the route to your health and through your mouth and your teeth are a very important part of it. Multiple times. Dr. Patel and Dr. Khashayar are always warm, calm, and give you their full attention. They discuss multiple options for treatment, and how best to address issues I am having, whether that be with treatment or lifestyle changes. Unlike virtually all medical practices I have been to, I almost never wait more than a minute when arriving for my appointment. One time I had to wait five minutes and Dr. Patel felt so bad that she gave me a Starbucks gift card. Here's what we love about Harmony Dental: The staff is very friendly and welcoming! There's a designated waiting area for the kids. Pre-COVID it had video games and books. Now it's just a sitting area but still nice that it's a kid friendly space. I never have to wait long for Dr. Limb or the dental hygienist (I can't remember her name but she's great as well). The rooms have tvs mounted on the ceiling and the kids can pick shows to watch while they are getting their dental work done. They also offer laughing gas which has worked so well for my girls who needed quite a bit of work on their teeth. Between the sweet staff, the tvs and the laughing gas, my girls have never cried or had anxiety while they are at the dentist. On the contrary, they love going to the dentist! Dr. Limb and his dental assistant are so friendly and personable. Not only do they engage in conversation with the parents but with the kids too! The kids get tokens after every visit to use at the vending machines in the waiting area for little prizes like bouncy balls, small animal figurines, etc. The office is pretty accommodating to families with multiple kids. Many medical offices will not allow me to bring all 3 of my kids in at the same time for their appointments. Harmony Dental has always been so great about this and has made it where I can come in just once with all 3! And while I always try to find someone to watch my other kids when only one has an appointment, the staff and dentists have been so great and understanding when I have to bring all the kids in with me. The only negative thing I could say about Harmony is that Dr. Limb doesn't see adults as well lol. If he did, I would most certainly have him do all my dental work as well! He's really the best!
