Dr Rools the oral surgeon and his assistant Fey were absolutely amazing they knew how scared I was. Dr Rools and Fey took the time to make sure that I felt calm and I was out of pain. Multiple times. Dr. Patel and Dr. Khashayar are always warm, calm, and give you their full attention. They discuss multiple options for treatment, and how best to address issues I am having, whether that be with treatment or lifestyle changes. Unlike virtually all medical practices I have been to, I almost never wait more than a minute when arriving for my appointment. One time I had to wait five minutes and Dr. Patel felt so bad that she gave me a Starbucks gift card. I absolutely have zero regrets with my decision with Dr Kundel. He is great. I will take pics of my progress before and after when I can. But I thought I had to write this soon. I became so confident as a person after my treatment with Dr Kundel. I did not experience what the others experienced where he was in any way rude or abusive. I always felt that I was under his care and his concern. I don't care what the old reviews say. But Dr Kundel saved my face. I don't know what could have happened to me if I hadn't gone through treatment with him. Years later, I still have not seen any relapse. I am as free and happy than I ever been.
