I should start by saying he has Down syndrome. After the first time he received a bad haircut, I went in with him for his next cut, and spoke with the stylist to make sure she wouldn't further cut into the mistake that was clearly made by the prior stylist. A few minutes later my son called me saying the barber just contacted him saying "Saturdays are reserved for 'regulars', but he could offer him Thursday or Friday morning."
