I can go to a Valvoline, never leave my car, and be in and out in 20 minutes (regardless if there's a line). Too bad there isn't a Valvoline in Twin Falls. Over all I was at this location for almost two hours waiting for my oil change. Luckily they had a good waiting area with some play toys for my 2 year old daughter, but even then the toys were kind of just thrown in the corner and not separated from anything else in any way. Overall, I needed an oil change and I got an oil change. Nothing to complain about there. All of the team members were polite and professional. Nothing to complain about there. It just took way too long, especially for the cost. Unfortunately, if there's a better option in Twin Falls, I don't know what it is.

I talked to one of them and told him the air filter had just been changed, no sense in pulling it. I asked about the vacuuming, great! I put everything that was on the floor on the seats (I had been traveling so the car was messy). I did not wait long, about 20 minutes. Office girl (who was wearing a mask) told me the washer for the drain plug had been replaced due to wear & I got a $10 discount. For those who think $60 or $70 is too much, an oil filter and 5 quarts of synthetic oil runs at least $45, then you have to deal with dirty oil. So paying for a change is the way to go for me. What made the service just "ok" was, not having the car vacuumed (I realized this while driving away), grease on my door handle, and I wasn't even offered a hang in the car air freshener. On my way to the hwy I called, apparently one of the guys said I did not want my car vacuumed. Really? Please, listen to your customers! I would like to rate you higher but the service was just "ok".

Got home and walked around inspecting my new tires and noticed that they had removed the custom valve stems replacing them with what looks like some old junk, I called the manager of the store and she told me that they dont replace those kind of valves, (basically calling me a liar), then she invited me to bring it back that they would replace the stems with some shiny ones...that smacks of arrogance. I have not started my vehicle for a few days went out to use it today and noticed oil stains on the garage floor never had trouble with leaks before but there it was oil leaking. Now I have to go to another repair shop to have it looked over...chaachhiinggg...Find somewhere else to do your business...hell I don't know if the u-joints were greased on the drive line. In closing it doesn't seem to bother the management that they have thieves and liars working for them...

They did a much overdue tuneup and oil change and repaired a problem with my headlights. They went the extra mile and polished the headlights that had turned yellow with age and I didnt see a charge for it on the invoice.  Truck is now running like a top! This seems to me to be an honest and quality mechanic that charges a fair rate and you cant ask for anything more.  Im looking forward to a long relationship with Master Mechanix!

It's quick and easy, you don't ever leave your car. I did have an issue after my last oil change, I called the next day and was immediately told I could come back and they'd do everything to fix it. I went back after work and they checked everything out and fixed the issue for me. While they were troubleshooting the problem not once were they trying to "get out" of it, and fully said if they couldn't fix it and it was from something they did/didn't do at the original oil change they would take full financial responsibility. I wasn't even worried about that and hadn't even brought anything up. It was refreshing to have a company step ahead and offer that instead of waiting to see if it would become an issue.
