Without an assistant, she was fully occupied with setting up decor downstairs so the prime management of multiple hand-offs, dealing with vendors arriving at once, crossing off key happenings on the timeline was not entirely covered. Otherwise, the wedding would of been near perfect. At the end of the day, she genuinely cares about her brides and works hard to make your dreams come to life.

Rosemary Events doesn't actually offer DOC, and after chatting with me and realizing that I didn't have the budget for a full Wedding planner, she graciously spent at least 30 minutes talking with me and giving me advice. I can't fully explain how helpful she was when she did not have to spend the time or energy helping me at all. She is obviously a true professional and a really kind person. Tasha was able to understand our needs and the vision of the bar, communicate that to her team, and put her team in position to really crush it at our wedding. The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Khadija is detail oriented and ensures the minutiae of things (including family customs and traditions, timing, etc.) were captured, shared with appropriate vendors, and executed on. She also gave us weekly to do lists and deliverables which made the daunting process of planning a much more manageable task that we could track week by week. She was excellent at looping in our parents and helping with their questions and concerns. Our wedding weekend itself was a dream. Khadija, Medha, and James worked tirelessly to ensure our guests were well taken care of. I was able to enjoy the time with family and friends and just be present in the moment. Logistical questions that arose with vendor team were dealt with immediately by her team. They also made sure our family were comfortable and taken care of throughout the event. Many of my vendors remarked on how relaxed I seemed to be over the weekend, and I credit that entirely to the team at Limelight, who took care of everything for us. They're trustworthy, organized, thorough, and genuinely invested in wedding planning, and they helped us have an event that was fun, loving, and captured our spirit as a couple.
