He had to replace old piping, clean up holes into the crawlspace and replace fittings and we both had to maneuver/"massage" the new one in place. Of course he got it installed and running perfectly. My wife is happy, so i'm happy. It seems like plumbers are impossible to get a hold of in Media and Marty actually returned phone calls and set up appointments that he didn't miss, which is more than i can say for other places in Media and the surrounding area. Luckily I found this place and saw they were open, so decided to call. Service came out within an hour or two and fixed the issue! However our unit is old and a bandaid didn't do the trick. We wound up needed a whole new unit after getting a few opinions/looking at financing options. Throughout this process, Delfera was so understanding and communicative. More than anything they were incredibly patient. They were able to replace the unit only a few days after we told them we were ready which was incredible! The whole process took a day since we had the furnace replaced too. When they were done installing the owner came by to make sure everything was done correctly and brought us chocolate covered pretzels. We were SO pleased with this customer service from start to finish and will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.
