I was prepared to pay whatever the cost and have no idea (again) if the $1750 I paid for it was "a good price," but the job is done and the peace of mind I now have is worth the cost of installation. Luckily I found this place and saw they were open, so decided to call. Service came out within an hour or two and fixed the issue! However our unit is old and a bandaid didn't do the trick. We wound up needed a whole new unit after getting a few opinions/looking at financing options. Throughout this process, Delfera was so understanding and communicative. More than anything they were incredibly patient. They were able to replace the unit only a few days after we told them we were ready which was incredible!
