I've only had a policy with the company for a month and this was my very first interaction with the employees in person. I called ahead of time to make a payment over the phone and was told I wouldn't get a transaction fee for in person so I go in person to be told I still have to pay and $18 transaction fee. I was being helped my the man but the WOMAN aka the banshee, kept chirping behind me and talking down to me, when I said I was going to Yelp about the situation she told me I'd be putting her job in jeopardy bc it's only them there and then proceeded to tell me that THEY DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME AT ALL.
