My dental assistant was Tarry. He was so calming, very understanding and helpful by talking with me the whole time. He understood my fear told me 9/10 people feel the same way when they come to the dentist was I wasn't alone. I have dental insurance that will kick in March 1, but of course needed care immediately so I had to pay out of pocket. They were the least expensive and even waived fees for me so I could have this infected tooth pulled that day. I did read the other reviews on the day of and was in the waiting scared I made a mistake. But I can say I don't regret coming here. Maybe it was the dentist being gentle and kind, I know it was the tech as well. I'd say have your own experience and if it's good tell someone, if it's not..... you know we Yelp!

After I proved I had coverage, they billed my insurance for a claim that was already paid in full before I was even with BCBS. They maxed out my ortho care, collected the money on a paid-in-full account, and kept the $1,500 insurance claim. I spent over $15k with them and never had a balance on my account. I'm sure I'm not the only one. And the Doctor's husband is rude and nasty, like most people who set up shop in areas that are majority-minorities, but live in VA, they treat us like crap and think we are too stupid to demand what's due. (I just wanted to add that in because I thought it was funny.) Anyway, so far I have been there 3 times and each time is no different. Customer service is exceptional. I've meet Nino, Jasmine, and Lisa, they work for the Dentist and are super kind, professional and I really enjoy conversating with them. You seldom go into a business where everyone is on the same accord; no attitudes, very attentive and kind and do not hesitate to answer any questions. If they are unable to answer your question, they would talk to the Dentist, Dr. Williams to find an answer immediately. There's a high level of comfort there knowing that you will be taken care of. During my visits, I was constantly asked about my well-being to make sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Williams is also extremely kind and has great "bedside manners". She focuses on her patients which means that her patients can trust her. I believe this is an asset because that level of comfort makes me more likely to follow any recommended treatment plan. The staff here are very detailed when explaining your procedure and while working on you, they continue to detail what the next step is so that you don't have to worry what they are about to do. They listen intently, are very empathetic and very observant. I also found that contacting them is very easy because if they are unable to answer at the moment there's an automated text that you receive and can respond to, and they will contact you very quickly. (I'm not quite sure whether this is after they have your number on file, though). I give this business a 5 STAR review. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

My experience has been positive every visit. I've had a different hygienist each time and 80% of the time they have been great. I absolutely adored Sonya my hygienist who is the best I have ever had. After each appointment, they give you a toothbrush kit along with toothpaste, which is such a nice touch. While getting your dental work done, you can watch Netflix or listen to your favorite music--such a great way to relax during the visit! I also love that you don't have to move to another room for X-rays--they're done right there in the same room, which makes everything feel seamless and efficient. I definitely recommend this place!
