Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. Healthcare providers should not leave patients in the dark, especially when medications are involved. I will absolutely be going elsewhere.

I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare. Unfortunately, the front desk representative repeatedly gave the same response without addressing my concern or showing any courtesy, empathy, or willingness to help resolve the situation.
