Came in for noise coming from the tire and to have a new sensor replaced. Waited for 3hours to have…read moreit fixed. Told them I had to be out to pick up my child from school and they made it clear I would b out b4 then. End up being late to the school and left with the tire still making noise (which I didn't hear right away... was probably a few days later I noticed). I went to another tire place to get the tire replaced. Told them about the noise and they pulled out the old tpms sensor and showed me that a regular valve stem was used. Came back to Bill Day (which I've used for years and have throughly trusted with all of our cars up UNTIL NOW)... I showed them the sensor. They show in the computer that they did a "flat repair"... which is NOT what I asked for and didn't need a flat repaired. So if they did said repair?... why didn't they find the noise that I heard in the tire and pull that loose sensor out that was floating and then to put a regular valve stem in....? I got NO apology and not even compensation for my time or paying for something that I didn't ask for. I end up paying for the sensor I originally asked for the 1st time... I asked to at least get the amount off from what I was charged for the 3 HOUR wait for the "flat repair" that wasn't done... they denied to give me a minimum of that. .... IF you go here.... DOUBLE Check their work unless you want to have to pay to get it fixed AGAIN!!!!! Very disappointed and also quite pissed about the level of care and customer service has went down from the place our whole family trusted to take care of our vehicles. Would NO LONGER recommend!!!

He pointed at two of the wheels lug studs on the same wheel next to each other had been stripped and the lugs cannot go on and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Then he said word for word (this happens all the time). I pointed back at all the metal shaving proving they were the ones that caused it. Then got charged in full for them breaking the vehicle. No offer to cover damage, no lift home and vehicle had to be left in a lot overnight until I can find a shop that can fix the vehicle. Pending small claims lawsuit soon to follow. Please don't let this happen to you. Stripping one of the wheel lug studs was bad enough but to then strip the one right next to it? Avoid at your own peril.

I asked if they could take care of me so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes down the road to the next Valvoline that was open until 7:00 and why did their website said they were open until 6:00. They told me it was because they were bought out by some other company. It seemed like a pretty easy customer sat deal especially since they were starting up under a "new company". However, the manager must have wanted to punch the clock more than take care of and impress a potential new customer. Sad as it is - kinda convenient location - I highly doubt I would get my oil changed there now and I am less likely to recommend these guys.

Kid not present, this would have been a different turn out. Thanking god It didn't go there Y'all. Proceed with caution, this man doesn't deserve your business. I paid the company $4806 for towing equipment and electrical work so the vehicle could be towed behind my motorhome. While doing the electrical work, the tech shorted out my radio/audio system. However, Woody's denied any responsibility and claimed my radio was "just worn out", although it was working fine before taking it to Woody's. I subsequently took my vehicle to Ro's Car Audio and he discovered that the other company had improperly wired a by-pass switch to the audio system causing my radio to short out. Ro corrected the wiring problem and was able to install a replacement radio without further problems. RO's professionalism and attentiveness to my concerns is very much appreciated and I am very pleased to highly recommend his business.

They told me that the transmission was fine and they had reset it. They also told me that there was no updates for the programming of the transmission. There is an update for the transmission and it is has not been updated and I need to get it updated but I am not going back there. Who knows how long that would take.
