On the day of my appointment I learned the online discounts did not get added during the chat order completion. The technician, Michael put me in contact with Rhonda who made things right with the order, getting the price even lower than my expectation. The technician, Michael called in the morning to shorten my time window. When he wasn't going to make that window, he called to ensure I was aware. When he arrived, he was pleasant and got right to work. He explained things when I asked and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Technician stayed in touch with appointment updates but was 45 minutes later than originally estimated time. He also left glass shards on windshield, car interior, and ground beneath work area. Technician also left carboard window packaging in the bed of a nearby truck. They did not install the specified window trim as the technician reported that it was unavailable and/or would take a long time to order but I was assured that the repair would function as designed and the missing trim was only an aesthetic issue. I'm fine with that as long as it is guaranteed. I'm generally not one to complain as I typically expect to be disappointed by the service and work ethics in today's world, but this was a really poor performance by a seemingly squared away company. They won't have another chance with me. Next time I'll go somewhere else even if it's less convenient and more expensive.
