Terrible company. They charged me for my order but never shipped the merchandise. I made numerous attempts to contact them through phone and e-mail on their web site, but never even received an automated response. Phone calls always go directly to a recording, but messages are never returned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Update: After I continued to write negative comments on their wall on Facebook (which they promptly deleted), they finally returned my e-mail and agreed to credit my account. They processed the credit appropriately, but then charged my credit card again a month later without my authorization. And, to top it off, they reported to a collection agency that I owed them $70 more than the amount of this transaction, even though they collected in full from my credit card! I'm now in the process of fighting through this nightmare. They still owe me my refund and I have a collection agency harassing me! read more

Ok to be completely honest I have never interacted with this company but as someone who was considering I am going to share the following information that I found out about this company and why I am choosing NOT to use them. DasCheap false advertised their shipping conditions and then ignored a confirmed order, because it turned out that the conditions they confirmed were not lucrative enough for them. This was my first and last order with them! - I ordered a TV stand through their website, because it showed up on bing with free shipping - Going through the order process on their website, the item was advertised and marked with "Free shipping" - I finalized the order for a total of $319.78 including: Free shipping - They sent me the confirmation for my order and also confirming o Shipping: $0.00 o Shipping Method: Free Shipping (SAVED Standard: $95.03 - Express: $508.24) (3 - 5 Business Days) - After nothing happened for 2 days, I talked to a sales rep who told me: o Unfortunately this item is heavier then they thought o So the shipping is not free o It will cost me an extra $150 shipping to get the item At this point I cancelled the order and went to Amazon.com to order the same stand there with actual real free shipping. Now my feedback: My legal understanding is limited, but as far as I understand the most recent decisions of federal courts, the click through process of web ordering constitutes a legally binding contract. By changing the terms after the fact and refusing to fulfill the contract as agreed, DasCheap breached this contract. After i noticed the confirmation page I quickly tried to contact them and cancel my order but there was no page setup to do so, there was no working number to call at that time in which the number was changed to a now automated number that lets you leave a voice mail and asks for an extension. I spoke to someone eventually named "Christian" who identified himself as the customer service manager. Originally after I contacted them they tried to charge me a restocking fee when I had no means of contact to get this resolved. He waived the restocking fee and said he would set me up with an even exchange and to send the item back. I printed out the form and filled it out and when the item arrived I had set up to send it back. It was shown it was received and signed for at their location by a person named Troy: FedEx Tracking: 398849670106146 After this I been calling and contacting them for the past 48 hours and received no reply. It is now Wednesday March 30 2011 and Still No calls about my issue. But they did send me an email asking to review the product that was incorrectly sent to me. And still No service. I would never deal with this company again. I just received an email and call after writing this: We're sorry you are upset about this, but the item was JUST received. It hasn't even been processed by an agent yet. It takes on average about 5-7 business days to process an RMA for a return or replacement. The item sent to you was exactly what was showcased on the product page and the add to cart. The video shown is a courtesy to show you the style product/ it's an actual interview. However the page, the invoice and even the URL says XBOX 360. We are doing our best to accommodate you by waiving the fees however this is time it does take to rectify it for you. -- Then spoke with Christian again and we spoke briefly about the ordeal and indeed they will be sending me the ps3 version waiving all cost and shipping which is the item i originally intended to get. I am happy with the resolution and a bit dismayed at it took elevating it to get it resolved. They did send me the stick but kept telling me they would send only after I edited this review or remove the negative comments. Then they were going to charge me shipping a second time when I wasn't able to reach anyone after my initial order to cancel and change it when it was well within the time that there phone support was operational as there in California and I'm in NYC so therefor there is a 3 hour time difference and my Order shows March 2nd, 2011 at 04:03pm So 3 hours prior would be 1:03PM and Well between there 9am - 5pm Customer Service times. Do not order through this company if you can help it. The customer service is terrible. After a week and a half of waiting for my order I called to check on the status. They billed my account immediately but never sent me an email confirmation. The representative I spoke with on the phone was yelling in my ear and not very helpful, I asked him why he was yelling and he said that he could barely hear me. After continuous rude behavior I asked if I could speak to someone else and he said that he was the only employee there. When he placed me on hold the third time he hung up on me. I called back then he said that he was able to find my order and I should receive it. I will never use this site to order again. When I did not agree to the 20% re stock fee for product return 2 days after I received the damaged product, Steve S. refused issuance of RMA number. When I said I would dispute charge via Amex I was told that if id did dispute the charges they would send me to collections of which they did. I just wanted to get a refund for a damaged product upon receipt. There was no lawful consideration available and thus mutual asset at purchase since return info was not present during the online check out process. I recently received Demand for payment letter from collections with an additional $110 applied to bill totaling $462.01! A total scam!
