Last week on my birthday, my daughter thoughtfully ordered a custom floral arrangement for me from Xavier's Florist. It was filled with stunning Casablanca lilies, delicate delphiniums, and baby's breath--such a gorgeous combination! The lilies were especially breathtaking--large, elegant, and beautifully bloomed. Thanks to daily water changes, the arrangement stayed fresh for a full week, and a few buds are just about to open tomorrow. I absolutely adore this piece. It's honestly one of the most beautiful floral arrangements I've ever received, and it filled my home with the most lovely fragrance. This is the place. Flowers were perfect. I'm not creative at all so I asked for a bouquet for my daughter's senior night and gave the colors and when I picked it up OMG! Absolutely beautiful and it had a little crown since her teams the royals that was so cute. I thought that was such a nice touch. The service was excellent and the price just right. Beautiful flowers for my sister's birthday. Very fresh. The reason I bought this selection was because of the stunning teal vase pictured on the website. However, it came with a plain glass vase upon delivery. The flowers were lovely and they lasted fresh for almost two weeks, so in that respect, I feel the price was worth it. The service was impeccable. They delivered on time. I highly recommend this business for fresh beautiful flowers but call first in case the exact style vase is not available. What I ordered was girly and elegant, perfect for a baby girl. What was delivered looks like it was done in a rush and just looks cheap. I'm always hesitant to order flowers and this is an example of why I feel this way. While I can appreciate that the arrangement is bigger than what I ordered, the expectation just wasn't met. Roses didn't look fresh and the greenery was literally dry from some corners. I called and was disappointed with my interaction. Only positive was that the delivery cost wasn't too high and I was able to get next day delivery. read more

I thought an update was in order since I have used Xavier's a couple of times since my last review. I have been very pleased with the quality of the flowers we have received. They seem to last longer than they did prior. After having one bouquet die rather quickly, Xavier's replaced it with a new arrangement to make up for it. The last two have been great and I will continue to use them. The price is still extremely high but at least the quality is there now. read more

Shouldn't advertise something you don't have. The $114 elegant arrangement (+$15 delivery for less than 1 mile), was misrepresented. The phone call I received after asking WTH was well intended but nothing but excuses. I didn't get advance notice or an email explaining to me the purple vase displayed was out of stock they were using cheap clear glass. The purple vase was only reason I selected this, it's her favorite color. My contact information was required as was full prepayment. Why ask for contact info if you're not going to use it when there's an issue. Could have just called. Apparently I've been sent an email stating they had to substitute. Really?! I already know that now and still no email. So disappointing. Mother's Day Florist will be one in Chino Hills. read more

A very personable experience! From the moment I walked in, the gentleman behind the desk welcome me with a greeting and a smile. He asked what I was looking for and gave me my options. I was looking for a specific color for a specific occasion. He helped me collaborate on the best option that suited my needs and price point. Easy. While I waited for my arrangement (which took maybe less than 10 minutes) I looked around the shop and noticed there were so many cute knickknacks and add-ons. I grabbed a few pocket charms that were really sweet and meaningful. I even noticed some graduation pennants and memorial wing sticks to add to your bouquet/arrangements. Overall, this is a very intentional flower shop with equally thoughtful people behind it. Prices are fair, lots and lots of options, and the kind of customer service you want when you're creating something special and meaningful for someone you care about. Lovely local florist with super friendly, helpful staff! Probably gave me one of the best bouquets I've ever bought all within an hour of my request (probably could've done it in even shorter). BEST FLORIST IN TOWN! Xavier's florist has never failed to disappoint me whenever I need a flower arrangement. I've been going there for all my family members, friends birthday, anniversary etc! I've also recommended a few friends to visit and they have all been pleased with all their experiences too! The most recent orders I made were for Mother's Day and for my fiancé's graduation. All the flowers were beautiful! I would highly recommend Irene and her designers to anyone as they are the best florist I've been to! Impressive and beautiful arrangement at great value! We hosted an outdoor event at Cal Poly Pomona and wanted a florist close by. Tried Xavier for the first time and asked them to make a large floral arrangement with spring flowers that'll look good in photos. We didn't ask for delivery and picked it up in person. Wow! There were random flowers completely different than the website (like Gerberas) and it was missing the key elements like the long elegant green stems in the website image. I understand that sometimes florists do update the flowers based on availability but it was a completely different vibe in the end to the picture. It would have been a nice arrangement for someone else, but since I ordered this expecting it to look like the image online, it was very disappointing. It was also very tiny (website states 12 in across and 15 inch height) and I was embarrassed when the recipient sent me pictures as it was not what I was expecting at all. I'm glad she was still ok with it but buyer beware - make sure you double check with florist beforehand to ensure you get what you want. For $100 I would have expected something much more similar to what I ordered or different replacements still giving off the same vibe as pictured image. This was giving more of the wildflower arrangements you get vs an elegant piece.

It's my daughter's first year with her bio father gone and I wanted everything to be perfect. I contacted Helen sent her a pic of the dress asked for silver sparkle ribbon. She confirmed she had that as an option. I go on the day of the dance to pick them up and she did not use any sparkle ribbon. She used flat silver and a sheer ribbon. She offered to fix it but I had to drive the flowers back to her and I'm not local to her home where she runs her business. I got a text offering an alternate ribbon which is still not what was requested. I have a brand new puppy and an appointment or I would have made the 40 minutes drive again there and back to have her fix it. So disappointed. I will not be using her services again and if you continue to use her I would ask for proof of your selection before payment.

When I cautiously walked in, one of the two ladies kindly offered to help me. She was the owner and told me she exclusively does online orders, but thankfully had a few bouquets ready just in case. I picked one that was very nice and she very graciously created a nicely cut bouquet in 15 min for me. She's a wonderful person and the flowers are very nice. The unique thing about her is she creatively makes them in a way so the flowers can stand on their own. The flowers were around 90ish dollars so I feel I got what I paid for even if it can seem pricy. These beautiful flowers maintained their quality well over a week later. It was a Sunday, and all florists in the area were closed and didn't open until 9:00 am on Monday. I needed the flowers to be delivered by 9:00 am the next morning since the services for the departed were scheduled to begin at 9:30 am. Ron & Alicia's shop opened at 8:00 am. I placed the order for flowers to be delivered by 9:00 am. They were delivered at 8:58 am!!! Thank you so much for your prompt service.
