But, when we met with Andrew and his wife, we instantly clicked and they were just so genuine & accommodating. From that point on, Andrew has made our planning process effortlessly. We basically went online reviewing his service options, we then picked the "4 hours package." In addition, we also looked into a few "add-on" items on the website. If you would want to see the props or the back drops in person, Andrew is always willingly to show you the actual props ahead of time. Super attentive! We also requested for a photo book for all of our guests' photos to be printed with a time lapse. Andrew told me he has never done it before, but he would give it a try! (Love that attitude!) The photo book turned out fantastic, it's exactly what we wanted, see photo attached. Lastly, we also have Andrew to print out the big face "cut out props" for our guests to play with, which turned out once again extremely good, we were so PLEASED and satisfied! On the wedding day, Andrew got in early and set up on time, even though we had experienced some hiccups (black outs for hours at the venue), Andrew had tried his hardest to get our photos printed out nicely! I've been in constant communication with Parker and he's the best! Super responsive, personable, and kind. We booked the Gold Package and they were very flexible with hours. We wanted our photobooth to be open during cocktail hour and closed until an hour into reception. We got the white backdrop which turned out great and is a classic! But pro tip for future clients, choose your backdrop early! We chose ours last minute and couldn't get our first choice since it was already booked for another event. We absolutely love the look of the photobooth. The wooden aesthetic really elevates the wedding and on the day of, Parker was there and extremely attentive in making sure the lighting was right and that the guests were positioned well! Our photos were uploaded very quickly and you can tell they put in a lot of care into editing the photos! These photos are actually so crisp, I would've never expected that from a photobooth.
