We were not disappointed! In this day and age it's nice to work with people who are great with responding to emails, and they were super responsive anytime I had to send them a question. From the start, I was able to contact them during my own time (3am) and get my questions answered, get a contract signed, and figure out the logistics about the booth/photos for the day of. They have different photo layouts shown on their website, and worked with us to get a layout that we liked, along with our own logo for our wedding. Their booth also supports open-air or closed setups, depending on what you prefer (we went with closed, but it did limit the number of people that could fit in the booth at once). For those who like props for photos, they have those too! The photobooth was a big hit during the wedding! So many of our friends and relatives went to take pictures and we were glad to be given a CD of all the pictures when the wedding was over. The Neato Photobooth staff came, set up the booth, and let people take pictures without a hitch! I was very satisfied with them and would recommend them to all my friends in the future.
