I walked in thinking I'd just "browse" (aka pretend I knew what I was doing) and somehow left with the perfect car and my sanity still intact. That alone deserves five stars. Jerry didn't pressure me, talk over me, or try to sell me something ridiculous like a convertible in the middle of winter. Instead, he actually listened to what I wanted (a rare skill these days), answered all my weirdly specific questions, and even laughed at my terrible jokes. True professional. He walked me through the process like a friendly GPS--recalculating when I got distracted by shiny things, steering me away from bad decisions, and making sure I didn't crash into a bad financing plan. By the end, I almost invited him to Thanksgiving. (I didn't. But I thought about it.)
