No stars warranted. I purchased my tires from this shop. I had been a loyal customer. Not now I'm done. Listen up people. Two of the last three tire rotations THEY HAVE NOT TIGHTENED MY LUG NUTS. Both times on a highway having to make a frantic exit so my tire does not fall off. Do they check torque??? That is quite incompetent to mange to screw up my car 2/3 rotations. OK Tire has been my service station for as long as I have lived in Holland which is close 20 years. I have referred family and friends to them and all my family and friends have had a positive experience. Their service is quick and efficient. If the damage to the engine is greater than the value of the car they will mention this so that you can make an informed decision. They are skilled mechanics with a strong sense of integrity. There have been times when circumstances have demanded that I get a car serviced elsewhere and I regretted it. Thus, the motivation for this nice write up. Bad service elsewhere makes you appreciate what you've got and have taken for granted. After going through the grind of finding the best price, service, etc., after checking with the Belle Tires and Discount Tires of the world, I found myself remembering the good service I had at OK Tire years ago. I called and was QUiTE pleasantly surprised. We needed a battery for my car and 4 tires for the truck. Not only were the prices MUCH better for both, the quality of the brands were great. We went on separate days; each time, Kyle was very informative and courteous. The service was fast and efficient. BELIEVE me, you don't need to look any further than OK Tire. Head light and a blower motor, 450 dollars for a 140 dollar motor and a 14.50 bulb. Please be aware.

It's a sad day. I've been a customer for over 30 years, but suspect I'm just done with that now. Took some trailer tires in for dismount, re-mount and balance. Picked the up after dropping $50 for this, and discovered they did not balance them. So, another trip back to town where they promptly balanced and I'm on my way again. I get home and immediately get a small slice in a finger unloading. Further investigation reveals several gouges into the rim in different places deep enough to peel metal shards back leaving sharps in a few places (obvious and fresh since I thoroughly cleaned them before taking them in.) Then I notice one other disturbing issue... My rims had very recently new metal shaft stems in them. Now one remains, and the other was replaced with a sold rubber unit about 1/2 the height. While this represents no threat of failure, it bothers me because it looks like crap for those who pay attention to detail. These rims are going on the trailer for a vintage sort of hot rod boat - I'll be sure to share where the shoddy work came from if anyone brings it up at shows. read more

I was very disappointed after spending $800.00 on a set of Cooper tires I discovered that not only was the front tires put on the wrong side( I have a tire pressure monitoring system) but the tire pressures were all way off. They didn't take the time to do the job correctly nor were they friendly in any way. When I discovered the problem after getting home I had to drive all the way back to the shop, only to have them treat me like it was an inconvenience to make it right. To top it all off, I was getting my brakes serviced at a different place about a week later and was informed that my brand new front passenger tire had a big bulge in it. I returned AGAIN and was informed that they didn't have any more Cooper's instock(they were on backorder and it could take awhile to get it and they would call as soon as it was available.) After waiting close to 2 months, I decided to call. Spoke to the same person(Bryan Brueker- the Manager) who I had dealt with the whole time, and when I asked if the tires were now available, he asked if I still needed one!!! REALLY????!!! He never bothered to call like he promised nor apologized for anything. This experience that I have had with this place and these people are by far the worst ever from beginning to end, and because of this I felt that I should let the public know to spend your hard earned money somewhere else where you will have good customer service and quality tires. read more
