Ashley, the bartender, was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and really added to the experience. Also, the gentleman opening the door was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality ended up being the highlight of the visit. I still have great memories from my first time here, but this visit just didn't hit the same. Hoping it was an off night. I spoke with the manager Kelly on the same day of service but I was not satisfied with the resolution of offering a free appetizer on my next visit when purchasing an entree. Sad to say but that was my last visit. Kelly was really nice and listened but maybe her hands are tied with how the restaurant is ran and what she can offer. I didn't need a refund or a total order replacement but something else could've been recommended. $30 is a steep price for 9 shrimp in a pasta that was clunky/lumpy and not smooth as times in the past. Maybe it was because it was a togo order but most of my orders from this business had been to go, not all but most. In all, this falls on the chef that prepared this meal and I was informed by Kelly that the chef started everything was weighed and correctly accounted for however it was the cook on the pasta and lack of shrimp.
