Sometimes their buttercream frosting isn't sweet enough. Working with the baker was easy enough. The first time I met with her in person. She was personable and offered some great ideas. The second time we talked over the phone, and the service was also fine, and she was accommodating. I think they're a good value.

I inquired about a birthday cake from LadyB's website, was contacted promptly, and after a few seconds' conversation, felt secure enough to order based on professionalism and the knock-out cakes photographed on the site. A few days later, right on time, a cake was delivered to my son's house and Chef Baindu had taken my minimal instructions ("please write 'Snake Jazz' on the top") and created a fun and funny masterpiece-- with snake lettering and icing grass growing up the sides of the cake.
