They were seasoned well, but not to a point of tasting too salty, which can happen at a lot of soul food restaurants for me. The menu consists of your choice of Ssam (in a rice paper wrap filled with rice and your choice of meat and greens), the LunchBox (rice with your choice of meat and greens), the Hoagie (an 8" toasted sub stuffed with your choice of meat and greens), or a Salad (with your choice of meat and greens). The meat options are: bulgogi, chicken, or samgyupsal; the greens are either a Korean fruit and vegetable mix or a traditional southern-style coleslaw. There are sides, too, such as adding a fried egg or kimchi; you can also up your meat to a double portion of meat or do a half & half. We ordered 2 LunchBoxes - one with bulgogi, double meat, with a fried egg and kimchi, and one with samgyupsal, double meat, with a fried egg and kimchi. Boy, these were SO GOOD! The bulgogi had the right marination going on, and it was savory and had a good soy sauce/garlic taste to it - juicy, not too fatty, and great with the kimchi on the side. The samgyupsal was actually my favorite, as who doesn't like pork belly; the marination of the spices was on point, and this was also pretty delicious with the side of kimchi. We ended up with the fried turkey chops, crab and shrimp fries, and the "grilled" salmon over rice. I put the quotations around "grilled" because my salmon was certainly not grilled. I was about 80 percent sure it was fried (due to the general texture and crispy bits that dotted the outside). Unfortunately, that was the least of my problems with the salmon. The thinly cut piece of salmon was WAY overcooked. Large portions of it were akin to a jerky texture, and not only that, it was served over mushy overcooked minute rice with a sprarse dotting of the peppers and onions it promised. It was just a failure on all levels. The turkey chops were also overcooked. I'll give them that they looked well fried, emitting a golden brown hue, and we're seemingly quite crispy. But after biting in, the turkey that was revealed was stringy and lacked seasoning. The crab and shrimp fries were decent. I don't mean this as shade, but they do know how to cook their french fries. Even the fries that came with the turkey chops were nice and crispy. The crab and shrimp that was thrown on top of the fries could have used a bit more crab, but was overall decently seasoned using their own brand of "Mr. T Sauce" Unfortunately, the fries are not enough to bring me back... and I'd definitely go with one of the other food trucks that was there if given another chance.

They offer up beef sliders as well as other options such as chicken. We ordered the beef sliders and added lettuce, tomato and American cheese. My husband picked up the sliders and said the staff was very friendly. As for the sliders---We were pleasantly surprised! They were far better than we expected. The sliders were cooked medium plus they were seasoned with salt and pepper. They were very tasty. The only drawback was the rolls were on the cold side but that didn't take away from the overall flavoring. Each order comes with 2 sliders and we found that to be enough for a light meal. We're glad we were able to try their offerings. Should we ever come across them again, we wouldn't hesitate to order from them yet again.
