If the person leading the business treats customers poorly, it naturally makes people wonder what kind of culture exists among the rest of the staff. First impressions matter, and customer service is just as important as the food you serve. Again, the food is good there's no denying that. But great food alone isn't enough to earn my business. People remember how they were treated long after they've finished their meal. I genuinely hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism. A change in heart, a little more patience, kindness, and respect toward customers could take this business even further.
