The local number (206) 306-7663 loops into AI nonsense that will not be able to help you - the 888 number is worse. Neither # has a way to connect you to the Northgate store to talk to a human. I spent way too much time this afternoon trying to navigate the "AI assistant" in order to schedule an appt with Geek Squad. Finally I gave up and searched online for a way to schedule - nope - not available. I was offered a slot in Everett WA, but no way to schedule for Northgate. I purchased a new Macbook Air in July and also purchased the Total Tech Support plan. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them to set up an appointment.
