March 2022: I needed to ship a large castle that I have had for 40 years. I called the store to…read morearrange for help in packaging. I was told that someone would personally help me package it. When I got to the store, there was only one person. She said she knew how to package it. I asked her to double box it with extra packing around the castle and inner box. I also said that I needed directional stickers (TOP) to keep it sitting on it's base. Extra stickers for FRAGILE/ART were also requested. She agreed, saying that they were professionals. I paid for extra insurance of $500. When I received the box, it was in a single thin box, no extra packing or outer box as requested. There were no stickers of any kind. The castle was shattered. I called to collect my insurance, and was told to "call corporate" as it was not their responsibility (??!!). We called corporate. It's been 7 months. Do NOT use this store. Stay with your package if you do. I had a plane to catch.

I was in there Saturday January 28, and spent $42 to express mail an envelope after being told that it would get there on January 31. I was very clear with the clerk and told her it had to be there January 31 and which ever way she felt it needed to go was fine as long as it got there on January 31st. I then called the store 3 times on January 31 because the system showed it would not be delivered till February 2. This was the opposite of what I had been informed when I went in the store to mail my envelope. After 3 calls I never was able to speak to anybody, but left three separate voicemails. Surprised nobody has ever called me back. Very poor customer service

The best place to rent a camera and stand/accessories! We wanted to capture photos on this trip…read morethat our phones wouldn't be able to capture, but didn't want to invest thousands on equipment that we might not use again. Tom and Wendy are the most kindhearted people I've ever met! Not only were we able to rent a camera from them as total newbies to cameras, Tom also pre-set the camera for us (so we just had to point and shoot the photos), and spent 30 minutes answering all our questions and explained how to use the camera. He really went above and beyond to make sure that our pictures would come out great! The night we were going out Aurora hunting, Wendy also gave us directions on where we could go to find clear skies to take pictures of the Aurora, and what time they might come out. She showed me what apps to use and how to interpret the data. We didn't need to spend any money on a tour! we ended up, making lifelong friends, not to mention the rental price was so much less than how much it would've cost us to buy a brand new camera, and a stand, and all the accessories!! I went in to return a package and was told my package wasn't packed because it was a small white…read morebox which was the shipping box. I think instead of assuming it wasn't a shipping box, your associate should be asking if it's packed well. I felt that it was very unprofessional to assume of that from a customer when the item being returned is small. The only thing it didn't have on the box was tape and a shipping label. I don't know what happened in the last few years, but every time I come in, it seems to be a new person. I have to explain that my box is up to par with shipping (Box and bubble wrap). I just needed tape and my label printed. I'm slowly deciding perhaps postal service is going to be my go to shipper. What happened to your team from a couple years ago?
