This store is so packed with merchandise, and the isles are very narrow, while the shoppers are coming through from every direction with their carts. It is messy and chaotic. They have mostly Russian products, there's also Japanese, Swiss, Turkish and much more. Their prices are higher since the products are imported. The name is misleading since there is no Cafe. You can certainly buy everything necessary and have it at home. They also have some fresh, and some unique fruits and vegetables. On top of that, I expect employees to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally over the phone. There is no reason to speak to customers rudely or dismissively. Very disappointing customer service. If you don't know whether an item is in stock, simply say that you're not sure and check. Don't give customers false information and then ignore their calls.
