If you can't say that over the phone, you shouldn't be answering it. It might be time to ditch that outdated, cold, Eastern-European-style "act annoyed and make the customer work for it" service model and join the modern world, where being friendly and helpful is the baseline. We'll take our personal and business purchases to Doris Supermarket from now on, where customer service doesn't feel like an inconvenience and people actually understand why phones exist.

Usually I take the 45-50 minute drive south to this grocery grocery store to purchase GREEK coffee. We are not in NYC anymore so it's great that BOBBY'S GREEK MARKET exists as an establishment providing hard to find products for the GREEK and MEDITERRANEAN communities in South Florida. RECOMMEND.
