The Pop-Pop got some insane cookie situation where they literally pour melted chocolate onto the ice cream first and then proceed to scoop it out! That was a highlight. Unfortunately, it's everything else about this place that made it so unappealing. There was a huge crowd on Saturday night, and you have people behaving with no manners: crowding the cases, endless samples, FaceTiming the ice cream on their phones, etc. etc. It's miserable and really loud, and while we have to say that the staff handled everything pretty patiently, it was just an unpleasant place to physically be in (not least because the tables were all filthy and unwiped). If we had been here on a different day with a different vibe, then we would probably land on four stars, so there is a possibility we might come back with more strategic timing.

They offer many varieties of chocolates and gelato flavors imported from Italy. There is even indoor seating. The staff was very welcoming and gave us a few samples to try.
