When we began the journey I would have highly recommended this office, as we end our journey I…read morewould caution you to do your research. When we signed on to this we were never provided a time expectation. However when I was a child in braces I was in my braces for 2 years and seen EVERY 4 weeks religiously by my orthodontist. How is my child going to complete her treatment plan in 2 years when they only schedule her every 8 weeks?!? That is if they have availability to see you that often. No we are being told her treatment plan was for 2 years but it's been four so they're pulling the plug. My child never sees the same doctor consistently. When I raised concerns her dentist had about her decalcification I was told by her original orthodontist "once we have her smile perfected the dentist can go in to fix any small cavities." It wasn't until she started seeing a second (and third) orthodontist through their office that and concerns were voiced. Now that we're ending our treatment plan I'm being told that the unlimited retainers that my payment plan was supposed to cover may not be that. When I mentioned ordering an extra set of retainers in case one was lost to avoid going with them. I was told I would need to pay for the second set. My advice. Make sure you're child is mature enough to take on this commitment. Make sure you know how long the treatment plan is for your child and what exactly it covers. Ask for a second opinion. I'm learning now that the treatment plan and time is not what others would have recommended. I know all businesses are meant to make a profit, but I feel I may have been talked into a orthodontic factory that didn't consider my child's best interest

My treatment with Albert Ortho was amazing! I originally priced around with several Orthodontist…read morepractices. I even had one Ortho tell me that I could not get my teeth to straighten correctly without surgery. Dr. Albert assured me that was not needed. His practice was a bit more expensive than some competitors but sometimes you get what you pay for. His staff and himself are extremely professional yet not stiff. They will make you smile and giving you opportunities to show off those new teeth of yours. The whole experience was great. They started me off with a Quad Helix which opened up the bite at the top of my mouth. After 5 months or so of that they started my Invisalign's and the rest is history. I attached my before and afters so everyone can see how great they did. Thanks Dr. Albert!

I've addressed that possibly the cement isn't adhering to my child's teeth and today - in front of an office full of patients - the dr scolded my son, called him irresponsible, said his broken brackets are 100% his fault due to eating things he shouldn't be eating, etc and advised me that I should make him pay the additional cost to replace the brackets... mind you, 4 brackets broke off during his cleaning yesterday and we arrived with a note from the dentist, one broke while he was sleeping, one came off right after we left the office when he yawned, and one the same night it was replaced when he brushed his teeth. I have suggested they're not using quality glue or applying the brackets while my son's teeth aren't fully dry... only trying to find a solution to what the issue is because it's not only a pain for his staff to replace, it's a pain to take my child out of school, or have him go several weeks without treatment because they claim to not be able to get him in. They've never been willing to accept any responsibility for any of the MULTIPLE issues we have had between both children: treatment and have continuously blamed us. Today I came in with a note from their dentist and did he even look at it? Nope. Just started shouting that my son is irresponsible and should be made to pay for any repairs and suggested removing them and suggested we not pay for him to have any further treatment until he is an adult and can pay for his own treatment since he is wasting his staff's time and his money. The way the doctor spoke to me and my son today was completely unprofessional!! He spoke over me, raised his voice, and immediately said he'd remove the braces and "prorate" (since he's been paid in full since we started). His proration was a complete and utter JOKE! My daughter has also had problems with wires breaking and brackets popping off and her Dentist showed us yesterday that she now has chipping on her front tooth - from it banging into the bottom bracket. The dentist sent him an email stating this needed to be fixed right away. His staff told me that they made sure Albert received this email... did he even address it until I brought it up? Nope. He didn't even know that she had already been seen by his assistant... so is he even checking the treatment and care these kids are receiving at their visits? Once I called her back again and he saw her chipped tooth his response was "meh, that's minor! I can shave that down if it really bothers you" UNREAL!! This "dr" couldn't be less caring and less professional if he wanted to be!

Staff is so friendly!! We didn't have to wait long before being called back. Candace took good care of us. She explained the different options of braces which who knew there were so many!? There are your traditional wire braces, there are Invisalign and then there are Light Force braces which are similar to the traditional however they are custom made to the molding of your teeth. They are smaller and more comfortable and a quicker treatment option given they are made to your specific teeth. It's digital alignment -- LightForce uses indirect bonding, which means the brackets are placed on a model of your teeth in the exact position your doctor has prescribed. These are also translucent so they blend better with your teeth however you can still get color options should you want to change out the colors. There is no charge for a consultation appointment fyi. We chose to go with the Light Force option which will probably take about 15 months as opposed to traditional which could take 24 months. And you don't have to go in as frequently for checkups. They have in-house payment options and also a lending company to help set up payment options that fit your needs.
