During the, "consultation" this timeline was explained to her and she said no problem. After waiting over a month with no response I contacted the company and the owner, Margret, sent me this email... "Got your message from the office and sorry - this has been unfinished in my drafts and I just have been too busy with consultations and remodeling to wrap up. No charge for the visit and sorry - I just am better to focus on the work I have lined up and here." I replied to her I had the contractors her putting up siding and really needed the color choices. She replied "sorry, I'm going on vacation and cannot help you." In an email response. I'm honestly just floored. Agains, if you have money invested in projects and are looking for professionals... this IS NOT the company to go with.
